[Editor's Note: Last Friday on Elijah Streams, Johnny Enlow read this prayer decree for all of us to pray through in these critical days. Many have asked for it, and we are including it below, called "An Appeal to God."]
Prayer Decree: An Appeal to God

Dear God in Heaven, we come before You today and tell You that a great wrong has been perpetuated against us, Your people, and against Your anointed Cyrus of our day. In that wrong, a great trampling of Your nations of the world has taken place, as Your vineyard, of all nations, has been stomped on and trampled on by those who operate in the image of Lucifer, and mock Your name from that foundation.
They have surreptitiously set up global banking systems that fund the most diabolical agendas imaginable. They do it all to steal, kill and destroy from ALL, but specifically from the children…yes, the children, the children, the children, the children, THE CHILDREN, THE CHILDREN, THE CHILDREN! Their death agenda has targeted our CHILDREN—and they have been slaughtering our children and, most importantly, YOUR CHILDREN! They have set up slaughterhouse systems for babies and for children, and they have killed millions. May their shed blood now come before Your gathered court room, and may YOU now rule and decree based on this appeal.
Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down and attend to this matter! Oh, that You would clothe Yourself in garments of JUSTICE, and that You would reveal Your anger to those who kill Your innocents, and, in doing so, reveal Your love to "the least of these"—to the children, to the downtrodden and to the brokenhearted. Let this be an Isaiah 61 moment, and let it begin with an outpouring of "the day of Your vengeance" against Your enemies.
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim LIBERTY TO THE CAPTIVES, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, AND THE DAY OF VENGEANCE OF OUR GOD; to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them BEAUTY FOR ASHES. The oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called OAKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, the planting of the Lord, that HE may be glorified. And they shall REBUILD THE OLD RUINS, they shall raise up the former desolations, and THEY SHALL REPAIR RUINED CITIES, THE DESOLATIONS OF MANY GENERATIONS." (Isaiah 61:1-4, emphasis mine)
