Health.
Did you think about exercising or eating healthy food? Or did you think about your psychological, social, and emotional well-being? Chances are you thought about physical health, since what does mental health mean anyways?
Well, it means a lot. As you know, thousands of children in Judea and Samaria suffer daily from the traumatizing effects of Islamic terror. My then three-year-old son and I, were victims of a terror attack and miraculously survived. But what does that have to do with mental health, you ask?
Everything.
