Be the fuel for a miracle...

Do you know the story of the miracle?

Around 165 B.C.E. a group of Jewish leaders led by Judah Maccabee took back control of Jerusalem from invading kingdoms, cleansed the temple and sought to re-establish worship to the one true God. The symbol of their worship was the lighting of the lampstand or Menorah.

Jewish tradition says that they discovered there was only enough oil to keep the flame lit for one day, but miraculously the lamp continued to burn for 8 nights. This time of year, Jewish people all over the world celebrate this miracle in the festival of Hanukkah, rejoicing in God's supernatural provision.

Today another miracle is needed in Israel ... one that you can be part of ... helping those in poverty.

Eagles' Wings Abraham's Bread Feeding Centers are providing the opportunity to make a real difference and provide a miracle for the children of Israel. Will you join us and unite to do something to show the love of God to these precious children? Let's let them know He still does miracles.

"He will bring justice to the poor of the people; He will save the children of the needy, and will break in pieces the oppressor." (Psalm 72:4)

Join us as we help feed the needy in Israel. Through Abraham's Bread Feeding Centers, all citizens of Israel, without discrimination, who are suffering in poverty can receive assistance and food.

Here are just some examples of the ways you can help:
$10 provides a warm meal to a couple who is struggling
$30 cares for a new immigrant for a week
$150 provides a family of 5 with nutritious meals for a week

In this holiday season, let's remember those who are suffering. This Hanukkah, we can be the fuel for their miracle!
