A Prayer for Freedom from Hatred
If you are bound to hatred personally or generationally, I want to invite you to pray this prayer out loud:
Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus and confess that I have held hatred in my heart. I forgive (name of person or persons) for harming me. I repent for using hatred for power and protection instead of going to You for counsel, protection and help. I ask You to come and heal the wound in my heart that they caused with their words and actions. Holy Spirit, I invite You to saturate me now with Your tangible presence. Amen.
