But too often, we take these things for granted and forget the supreme sacrifice it took to secure these blessings.
Which is why I am asking for your immediate support to honor these fallen heroes and inspire an American comeback after the isolating year we've all been through.
It's no secret that this past year has been incredibly challenging for all of us.
I don't know about you friend, but I am sick and tired of the "doom-and-gloom" headlines that I read in the paper every morning or turning on the news to hear about how bad and evil our country is.
After all, it's not like we haven't been put through the wringer before...
From our founding in 1776, to World War II, to 9/11 – our American identity has always been defined by what we do in difficult moments.
And I believe that now is another one of those defining moments for our nation.
That is why what my friends at the American Veterans Center (AVC) are doing is so important.
They are leading America's comeback by hosting the National Memorial Day Parade – titled Our Sacred Honor – to unite our country around the things that make America great.
From the Revolutionary War to the War on Terror, millions of brave men and women have put their lives on the line to defend our American way of life.
But over the years, too many of us have forgotten the true meaning of Memorial Day – it's become just another day off work or a fun day for barbecues and swimming pools.
That is why our magnificent country needs the National Memorial Day Parade: Our Sacred Honor now more than ever. Not just to restore the true meaning of this special, commemorative holiday...
But mainly because we need a COMEBACK!
Will you help my friends at the AVC put on this fantastic celebration to our nation's fallen heroes by sending them a small, tax-deductible contribution of $15, $25, $50 or more today?
Not only will they be recording and broadcasting this special ceremony in front of our nation's capital for millions of Americans to watch...
But they will also be recording Memorial Day parades in cities throughout the country – as well as partnering with a handful of other veteran's support organizations to lead America's comeback and properly honor our fallen heroes.
And believe me friend, I would not be asking for your financial support if I could help it.
