Helen Cobanov: "Breakthrough is Here - I Am Opening Your Doors of Destiny"

For the past 6 months, I have been sitting in a place where I've been feeling that I have been unable to move forward into all God has planned ahead for me. As I was in this place, God made me very aware that I was not alone and that there are many of you who have been feeling like this. It's as though you had been taking steps of faith toward the things God has been calling you to, but for some time now, you've felt like there is a glass wall before you and you can't seem to break through and move forward, and now you feel even more stuck than ever!

The Glass Wall

For many, you have been pacing back and forth wondering and asking God why this is happening. Now, this glass wall has started to become a torment to you. You can see your destiny ahead, you see the incredible things that God has for you, but you just can't breakthrough. As a result, frustration, questioning and exhaustion are building. The enemy has been jumping at this opportunity to fill your minds with doubt, fear, anxiety and hopelessness, to the point where you have been starting to believe that maybe you got it wrong. Maybe you aren't called for this, even though the things you see ahead burn in your heart so strongly! Maybe you are starting to believe the LIE that you are not good enough, qualified or worthy enough to be able to step into the call God has on your life! But I want to tell you now...that is the lie the enemy wants you to believe!

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of Believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings." (1 Peter 5:7-9 NIV)

You Are Not Bound by These Chains

I hear the Lord saying, "Breakthrough is here and I am opening your doors of destiny!" Recently, I came before God as I'd had enough of this torment. It was unrelenting, and I was nearly broken by it. This time, I was extremely intentional with God. I was crying out saying, "I am NOT leaving this place God, until this is dealt with! Whatever You need to do in me or for me, I want this torment gone. I don't want to be in this place any more! I want breakthrough!" (Photo via Unsplash)

Then God very lovingly said, "Kneel before Me, My child." So I knelt down beside my chair and closed my eyes. I had a vision of myself on the floor covered by heavy chains, and in front of me was this glass wall. I could SEE the amazing things God had for me and all the things that my heart burned for with great passion, but it was unreachable – I was held by these chains and stuck behind this glass. Then God whispered to my heart, "Rise up Helen. It's time to take your destiny." (I had heard these words before as He gave me very similar words late last year at our Prophetic Summit regarding the year ahead for His people.)

I said to Him, "But God, I can't. Look...can't You see this? I'm stuck here, and these heavy chains are on me and this glass wall is in front of me which I can't get through! Maybe I can't do this God, maybe you picked the wrong girl to do all these things I see before me." Then God said, "Look at the chains more carefully Helen. You're not stuck. Move your hands. It's time to get up now. You are not bound by these chains."

I moved my hands and the chains fell to the ground, I looked at the chains on my legs and noticed that these chains were not even bound to me, but merely draped over me to make me believe I was trapped. I pushed the heavy chains off my legs and feet, and they too fell to the ground.

The Doors Are OPEN

I instantly felt a release and a great relief wash over me. God said, "These chains were not actually binding you Helen. They are under your feet. You have full authority over them! The enemy has used them as an illusion of torment and trickery to deceive you into thinking you are bound. But you are NOT STUCK, and the enemy has no power over My children who are called according to My purposes and plans. Now rise up, open your eyes and lift your head. What do you see?"

I opened my eyes and as I looked up, I saw I was kneeling before my big, glass bedroom doors. I said, "I see my glass doors." The Lord said, "And what can you tell Me about them Helen?" "Oh, they are OPEN!" I exclaimed. "And what else do you see?" He asked. "I see my security screens," I said.

The Lord said, "The glass wall before you is no longer, for I have opened your doors of destiny. As you step through these doors, you are fully held, safe and secure in My hands. I will protect you from the enemy. You will not have to fear or be tormented, for I have you. Stay under My covering and the enemy will not come near you, nor any chains be bound to you, for you are held captive in MY power and love." (Photo via Pixabay)

"And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To Him be the power for ever and ever. Amen." (1 Peter 5:10-11 NIV).

The Lord says to His beloved ones, "Now I am raising up an army, and My people will move into their destinies with great power and strength and unwavering faith! Feel the fire burn in your hearts. That is My holy fire, refining you and igniting you as you rise up and take hold of your destiny."

"In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. Though you have not seen Him, you love Him; and even though you do not see Him now, you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls."
