"Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: This is a Historic Day"

 My wife Derene and I were at the presidential inauguration earlier this year on January 20th. We attended the National Prayer Breakfast on inauguration morning, plus we attended the Christian (presidential) Inaugural Gala the evening before the inauguration.
I wrote an article about what a NEW feeling of optimism we felt in the District of Columbia in Washington, DC!
No matter who was in the elevator, people getting off or people getting on, in our hotel, we could smile and say things like, "Go TRUMP!" or "God bless Donald Trump!" What an amazing feeling that was.
Today, I feel like we are all feeling a new HIGH POINT or ZENITH of optimism as President Donald Trump kept YET ANOTHER of his many promises, unlike his many predecessors—becoming the very first president to OFFICIALLY recognize Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel, and well beyond that, he OFFICALLY LAUNCHED the process to move the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
This is a move that pleases God and will likely bring a GREAT DEAL OF FAVOR on both the land of Israel and yes, it will be healing to the LAND OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!
God has always been serious when He promised and decreed, "Whoever blesses Israel will be blessed,
and whoever curses Israel will be cursed (see Numbers 24:9, Genesis 12:3).
Please expect over the months and following years...for great healing to come to the United States and to YOU and your family, especially if you continue to celebrate what President Trump has done for the State of Israel.
This is very, VERY exciting news in the USA, in ISRAEL, and in the Body of Christ worldwide!
We will, of course, bring you much prophetic insight in the days to come, as God's prophetic voices have spoken much over Jerusalem and Israel...the apple of God's eye.
In the mean time, let's all be praying for the PEACE OF JERUSALEM: "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you prosper" (Psalm 122:6).

This is a historic day.
It's been the capital of Israel for nearly 70 years. Jerusalem has been the focus of our hopes, our dreams, our prayers for three millennia. Jerusalem has been the capital of the Jewish people for 3,000 years.
It was here that our temples stood, our kings ruled, our prophets preached.
From every corner of the earth, our people yearned to return to Jerusalem, to touch its golden stones, to walk its hallowed streets. So it's rare to be able to speak of new and genuine milestones in the glorious history of this city.
 Yet today's pronouncement by President Trump is such an occasion.
We're profoundly grateful for the President for his courageous and just decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to prepare for the opening of the US embassy here. This decision reflects the President's commitment to an ancient but enduring truth, to fulfilling his promises and to advancing peace. The President's decision is an important step towards peace, for there is no peace that doesn't include Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel.
 I share President Trump's commitment to advancing peace between Israel and all of our neighbors, including the Palestinians. And we will continue to work with the President and his team to make that dream of peace come true. I call on all countries that seek peace to join the United States in recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital and to move their embassies here. I also want to make clear: there will be no change whatsoever to the status quo at the holy sites. This has been our goal from Israel's first day. Israel will always ensure freedom of worship for Jews, Christians, and Muslims alike.
President Trump, thank you for today's historic decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital. The Jewish people and the Jewish State will be forever grateful.
