At the beginning of the third millennial Church, I received the revelation that God was decreeing the release of miracles for all who would press in and practice the biblical principles that would produce miracles. We began preaching, writing material and challenging all of our ministers to start preaching on miracles until they fully believed their own preaching, thereby producing healings and miracles regularly in their ministry and local church.

Being raised on a farm I understand the principle of sowing and reaping. Garden vegetables take approximately three months from the time of planting until they are ripe for harvesting and eating. Nuts such as pecans and pistachios take from three to nine years before the tree matures until you can eat its fruit.

We started sowing the seed of miracles in the year 2000, and we continued to cultivate, water and spray against "insects" until miracles came to maturity for reaping. Three years later, in October 2003 at our 17th International Gathering of Apostles and Prophets, we reaped our first great harvest of miracles. At the Wednesday evening service Apostle Guillermo Maldonado preached on miracles and released them to the people. Numerous people were healed of many different sicknesses, ailments and afflictions.

Healing for Diabetes!

The most important miracle to "Mom" Hamon and I personally was her being healed of a long-standing sugar diabetes condition. Donna Walters, Mom Hamon's sister, saw her being healed and said, "God, if You can do that for her, You can heal me too." She also received her healing. Several others received healing from sugar diabetes. Numerous others received healing from lumps and cysts in their bodies and many other diseases and sicknesses. There was a great harvest of miracles for those who were in attendance.

Even some who were not in attendance received their healing. A couple who had a 13-year-old daughter at home with sugar diabetes saw Mom Hamon getting healed and immediately called their daughter on their cell phone. They told her that God was healing sugar diabetes right then. She tested herself and found that her sugar level had dropped one hundred points.

In 2002, my book The Day Of The Saints was finished and published. In it we make the statement that in the day of the saints every believer will manifest the supernatural. We give the four principles for manifesting miracles. (1) Thoroughly know and understand the biblical truth of divine healing. (2) Fully believe in your heart that healing and miracles are for you to receive and have. (3) Consistently confess with your mouth and decree with your words that you have received what you have been believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth. (4) Take corresponding action in agreement with what you have asked, believed and decreed to be a reality.

Believing and Receiving

Early in 2003 the Lord gave me a comprehensive vision of a gigantic room in heaven. In it were millions of packages with every saint's name on one. Each package represented the miracle that God had for each believer to receive in 2003. God wanted to give the miracle, but each Christian had to do some things in order to receive it. I saw that each one must ask in detail exactly what they desire, then go to the post office box, open it and take their miracle. But one had to know the combination to the post office box, which is believing and receiving.

Those who practiced the four principles and opened their box received their package-miracle in 2003. Do not despair if you did not receive your miracle in 2003 for there are more miracles in 2004. The year of miracles is not limited to a 12-month period but is a season in which the Holy Spirit is taking the Church. The Lord revealed that as 1947/48 was the year that God activated evangelistic miracles even so 2003-2004 is the time that God is activating apostolic miracles. The major difference is that there were just a few evangelists manifesting miracles then. Now apostles, prophets and every saint who continues to press in will receive their miracle. Not only will we receive miracles but we will begin to manifest miracles. All believers who are properly prepared to participate in Christ's designated "day of the saints" will manifest the supernatural as a way of living the Christ life.

Jesus has decreed that His kingdom must be demonstrated in every nation as a witness that He is the only true God of heaven and earth. The Holy Spirit has been placed on an intense search to find those who have a heart for glorifying God and demonstrating His kingship. Jesus also wants us to appropriate all that He suffered, bled, died and rose again to make available to us.

Receiving Forgiveness AND Healing

Jesus was beaten with 39 stripes for our healing the same as He shed His life's blood on the cross for the cleansing of our sins. We have fully accepted His blood for the forgiveness of our sins. Now let us receive fully His healing for our bodies. If we are not that concerned for our own healing and deliverance, then let us receive for Jesus' sake, just because He suffered those 39 stripes for our healing. Let us not allow His suffering to be in vain. If we will dare ask for miracles we will receive them. If we will preach the word of truth on miracles then God will confirm His word with miraculous signs following. This is God's kairos time for miracles. All who press in at this time will receive and demonstrate God's miraculous power.

We have developed teaching manuals and activations that are being used to activate the saints into the gifts of healing, miracles and discerning of spirits as we have activated prophecy, word of knowledge and word of wisdom. The Apostolic Reformation taking place right now is restoring the power gifts the same way the Prophetic Movement restored the activation of the vocal and revelation gifts. We must keep pressing in until miracles become a way of life for all present-truth, prophetic-apostolic Christians.
