Greetings friends,
As mentioned in our previous bulletin, the beginning of 2004 has been
initiated with a clear download of insight and strategy for the coming
season. Unquestionably, we are entering times of heightened spiritual
activity and confrontation. There is a present need for clarity and notable
leadership to emerge with a credible prophetic voice to provide direction
and divine wisdom.
With the emerging emphasis on apostolic ministry there is a great demand for
biblical understanding of this notable office within the Church. The Bible
plainly portrays false apostolic ministries that will attempt to mislead and
dilute our true spiritual inheritance. Therefore, there must be a biblical
identification of the counterfeit and the genuine. Much of what we will be
writing over the course of this next year will either directly or indirectly
relate to this subject. The Lord willing and with His help, we hope to
present the perspective given to us by the Holy Spirit.
There are clear spiritual endowments being imparted to those groomed and
prepared for governmental responsibility. Never before has there been
greater need for the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation. Like Daniel and his
three friends while in Babylonian captivity, we desperately need the
impartation of Heavenly wisdom and knowledge as well as intelligence in all
manner of writing and literature. We desperately need insight and
interpretation into our dreams and visions. (Daniel 1:17)
It is our perspective that all true spiritual leadership is birthed out of
friendship with Jesus. He once told his disciples that He no longer called
them servants but friends. From that place of intimacy, Heavenly secrets and
strategies are shared into the plans of Heaven and the thoughts of the
Father for this generation. Therefore, our foremost pursuit should not
necessarily be a spiritual office but friendship with Jesus.
May that be our quest and highest aspiration for this year . . . to be
the friend of Heaven and trustworthy stewards of the mysteries and power of
God!

In many ways, Daniel and his three friends provide a representation of the
manner in which the Lord will equip his people for the special assignments
set before us. The Babylonian captivity of natural Israel provides a
prophetic portrait of our condition and the Lord's promise for deliverance
of spiritual Israel.
Daniel 1:17 describes the special empowerment from heaven imparted to these
loyal young men. God gave them,
"intelligence in every branch of literature and wisdom; Daniel even
understood all kinds of visions and dreams."
The Lord gave them by inspiration, revelatory knowledge and intelligence in
various matters of writing and literature. The Lord quickened in them
special skills to apprehend and articulate spiritual understanding and
heavenly wisdom. Daniel was notably gifted with supernatural perception into
all manner of visions and dreams.
There was a specific impartation from God that empowered them to excel in
the apprehension of wisdom and governmental scholarship. The Lord bestowed
by spiritual transference the blessing of unique knowledge and exceptional
capacity in literature and all manner of written work. This pattern will
also be followed in this day when the Lord discovers devoted hearts of
obedience and loyalty. There are vast storehouses of revelatory insight and
supernatural knowledge involving the Scriptures, creation, science, the arts
and many other subjects that will be entrusted to saints who follow the
model established by Daniel and his three friends.
A Prophetic Standard
These four young men provide a prophetic standard for the spiritually strong
who know their God and carry out great exploits. They will intimately know
God and engage the revelatory realm of heaven. In them will be an excellent
spirit granting acute perception and understanding to interpret dreams and
visions, clarify revelatory experiences and solve difficult and enigmatic
problems. They will be people who apprehend insight from the throne room and
respond to the invitation to "come up here" to be shown things to take place
in the future.
A few years ago during a prophetic experience, the Lord specifically stated
to me that Daniel 1:17 was spiritually linked to Ephesians 1:17. These are
parallel passages stating the same promise from different time frames. One
is from the old covenant outlining the dealings of God during difficult
times but also pointing to a future day of supernatural intervention into
the lives of mankind. The other is expressed in the new covenant recording
for all generations the heritage of the saints.
Despite our perceived personal limitations or lack of educational
opportunities, the Lord is a quickening Spirit. He has promised to give life
to our mortal bodies with His Spirit and grant to us the Spirit of
Revelation that will access mysteries, secrets and revelatory knowledge as
our legacy in Him.
Tokens of the Past
Many who attended Maria Woodworth-Etter meetings at the turn of the 20th
century would be caught up in the Spirit to experience visions and
revelations of the Lord. Some would be commissioned in their encounter as
missionaries to foreign lands and emerge from their visionary revelation
capable of fluently speaking the language of the nation to which they were
called.
It is the Father's good pleasure to reveal to us the kingdom and perform
awesome deeds that only He can achieve. It was a small thing for Him to
rejuvenate the bodies of Abraham and Sarah and quicken them with
strengthening virtue. Even after Sarah's death, and himself well over one
hundred years of age, Abraham continued in the strength imparted to him and
bore many more sons through Keturah. The Lord is more than able to equip us
to access the unfathomable treasures hidden in Him that require supernatural
gifts like those entrusted to the apostle Paul.
As the Bible also clearly promises, the Holy Spirit knows what is hidden in
darkness and reveals the deep and secret things. Light dwells with Him
bringing illumination to that which has been set apart and reserved for the
generation of destiny. (Daniel 2:22)
Even now there are individuals engaging the revelatory realm of heaven
receiving downloads of insight into physics, light, sound and spiritual
colors. The visitation of the apostle John to the throne room of heaven was
both visual and audible. His experience disclosed awesome sights, sounds and
vibrant colors surrounding the Lord's seat of dominion and victory. The more
understanding we have of that realm the greater our ability to cooperate
with heaven in the demonstration of the kingdom dominion on the earth.
Those being awakened to this realm and seeking understanding into science,
physics and the elements of creation are not super geniuses with great
scientific minds. Most are ordinary Christians who are tapping into the
heart of God desiring to release supernatural endowments of His mind into
the Bride. Much is going to be spoken and written in the coming days
involving this dimension of our heritage. Like Einstein, an insatiable
desire to understand creation and the Creator will flourish in the hearts of
many Christians. Access to the spiritual books of heaven will be granted
providing divine wisdom, revelatory knowledge and supernatural strategy.

"Revealing Spiritual Keys"

This past New Year's Eve while in a conference in Charlotte NC, Bob had a
divine encounter that produced an unusual but compelling revelation. During
the worship service, his spirit eyes were opened and he saw the Spirit of
the Lord as a cloud of light. It was a similar encounter and manifestation
of God that the apostle Paul witnessed on the road to Damascus. The Lord
appeared to Paul as a bright Light and spoke to him with audible
expressions.
In a similar fashion, the Lord spoke an audible phrase to Bob sharing His
desire to release a "spiritual Rosetta stone" to the Church to unlock the
mysteries of the kingdom. The Lord went on to say that His inspired priests
will discover great insight with understanding into the Scriptures and the
secrets of God for this generation.
Clearly, this was a symbolic expression to highlight a spiritual truth from
a natural occurrence that transpired several centuries ago. In 1799, leaders
of Napoleon's army discovered a granite stone in Lower Egypt outside of the
seaside town of Rosetta. This relic was dated to 196 B.C. and provided an
inscription written in three distinguishable languages. Fortunately, one of
those languages was Greek which allowed the archeologist to decode the other
two communications.
This discovery provides something of a language dictionary to help translate
many other writings from ancient Egypt. The inscriptions were present for
many centuries but no understanding was available until the Rosetta stone
provided a key of interpretation and comprehension to decipher the messages.
In like fashion, the Lord is releasing by the Spirit of Revelation, keys of
understanding and interpretation into mysteries and secrets in the
Scriptures. The passages have been present all along but our understanding
has been limited. There is now being released from heaven a spiritual
endowment that will provide divine wisdom and revelatory insight. The
prophecies of Isaiah point to this saying,
"You have heard; look at all this. And you, will you not declare it? I
proclaim to you new things from this time, even hidden things which you have
not known. They are created now and not long ago; and before today you have
not heard them, so that you will not say, 'Behold, I knew them.'" (Isaiah
48:6-7)
During the days of the early Apostolic Church, unprecedented events were
taking place. The disciples were compelled to examine the prophetic writings
of the prophets to provide a scriptural basis for their experiences. No one
could have anticipated the prophetic fulfillment that transpired on the Day
of Pentecost. The Scriptures pointing to Pentecost were present all along
but now the experience itself unlocked revelatory insight into the mysteries
of the kingdom that were imparted during the early church.
There are notable thoughts and plans that are resident in the heart of God
that have been sealed and held in reserve until the appointed time. That day
has now arrived and the Lord is releasing a spiritual impartation that will
be as dynamic in the spiritual arena as the Rosetta stone was within
archeological circles. The scriptural truth and kingdom mysteries that are
imminently before us will have as much impact as Martin Luther when he
nailed his ninety-five theses to the Church door in Wittenberg Germany.
Inspired Priests
The term inspired priests is one taken from both Old and New Testament
scriptures generally referencing teachers who receive their understanding of
the Word "through a revelation of Jesus Christ." (Galatians 1:12) The
Apostle Paul stated that his discovery of Truth came not by the teaching of
man nor by reading a book, but by a divine revelation of Jesus Christ. The
inspired teachers present truth that will begin to sanctify believers
according to John 17:17, "LORD SANCTIFY THEM IN TRUTH; THY WORD IS TRUTH."
One of the Old Testament redemptive names given to the Lord is Jehovah
M'Kaddesh - The Lord Who Sanctifies (Exodus 31:13) The term holiness is
derived from the Hebrew word "Kodesh" and is allied to "sanctify" and is
translated as dedicate, consecrate, hallow or holy. "I am Jehovah
M'Kaddesh - The Lord who sanctifies you." This term's main influence
relates to moral and spiritual purity. In the New Testament, many scriptures
relate to the process of sanctification, the sum of which is provided to the
church through the atoning work of Christ.
The "inspired teachers" will promote sanctification within the church,
making her a suitable dwelling place for the fullness of God's Spirit. His
manifest Presence will empower believers to become partakers of His divine
nature and His Holy character. All of these purposes, related to the
inspired priest or teacher, are identified with the true biblical definition
of discipleship. That is, teaching believers to become the Lord's "friends."
This form of discipleship will also lead the church into the full revelation
and realization of Galatians 5:22-23.
The main assignment of the "inspired teachers" will be to Biblically reveal
the requirements of the Lord for the end-time church to taste the good Word
of God and prepare her to walk in the power of the age to come. Through
their revelation of the Word by the Holy Spirit, they will more fully
acquaint the church with the necessary steps of preparation and consecration
needed to be viable participants in the glorious ministry yet to come.

The term "Shepherd's
Rod" comes from Ezekiel 20:37 stating, "and I shall make you pass under
the rod, and I shall bring you into the bond of the covenant." This
Scripture symbolically portrays a shepherd extending his rod as the
sheep pass under his staff for evaluation. In this same way we, as the
Lord's sheep, pass under His staff during this season as further
described in Jeremiah 33:13 and Leviticus 27:32.
The purpose of this booklet is to simply outline the revelations that
were received on that date in order to Biblically convey the revelation
