Dean Mitchum: "This is the 'Crush It' Year"

Are you ready to "crush it" so to speak as Dean shares this:

Just like Jesus at the Cross, the anointing to completely blindside the devil is upon us. What the enemy thought we could not do we are doing. What he thought we would do is wrong! His guess work is failing him and his own battle plans are bringing him right into the divine crushing. Expect to crush your enemies.

Surely God will shatter the head of His enemies, the hairy scalp of one who goes on in his guilty ways. Psalm 68:21 Amplified Bible (AMP)

This is the season for us to crush it! A time to move on from unfinished business, recycled battles, and non-productive Kingdom activity.

From bruise for bruise to crushing blows. A finality of victories over long fought battles. From pushing your enemy back to destroying your enemy's back.

We will understand that opposition is opportunity for progress. Crush the enemy, crush with excellence.

The First Curse Is Upon Satan (Gen. 3:14- 15)

If you think the devil has been after you all your life then think again. You have been after him. From the very beginning we were designed to crush it! To play a role in overcoming the works of the devil.

The curse of enmity pronounced in Genesis was upon satan. The enmity curse was not upon mankind but included the woman and her Seed as the agent of enforcing that curse. Satan was cursed to be a loser.

The curse upon satan was that the woman and her Seed would always be a problem for him. A problem to his head, leadership, and plans. We would play a powerful role in thwarting his plans until the ultimate defeat by Christ. We should not fear backlash.

From the moment of the curse, satan had to worry about every man born. Would this be the One, the Seed that would bruise his head? He had to live in fear of the Seed. In Christ we have power over the enemy (Luke 9:1).

So let us take courage and understand that we were not designed to fight bruise for bruise or blow for blow. The enemy is not on the same level as we are. Our lower part, the heel, was to bruise his higher part, the head. The upper hand belongs to the foot! (Photo via Dean Mitchum)

Finality of Victories Over Long Fought Battles

Many Believers have spent years fighting battles and not having victory. I hear God saying that you will have finality of victory over long fought battles. The heels that bruise will now begin to crush. The beguiled ones are now the begotten ones and will deliver the blows of victory. Those who were fooled by satan's deception will now have certain victory over him.

Where deception and divisiveness have been will now come truth and unity. The power of deceit will be crushed by the power of forgiveness. A mercy rain will fall upon Believers and drop like ashes on the head of the enemy.

The heels that ran way in fear will now run to the battle. Instead of running from something they'll be running to something. Leaving in their paths the evidence of old beliefs, and judgments.

The Lord said, "I will bring your enemies back from Bashan; I will bring them back from the depths of the [Red] Sea, that your foot may crush them in blood, that the tongue of your dogs may have its share from your enemies." Psalm 68:22-23 (AMP)

Crushing the Big Things

Many people have thought that their enemy was too big. They've had some victories but would have to settle for some defeats. I hear God saying that where it seems the enemy had won, He is bringing back the battle that you may have a victory dance. That you may have a hand and foot in winning with Him.

So the LORD our God also delivered into our hands Og king of Bashan, with all his people, and we attacked him until he had no survivors remaining. And we took all his cities at that time; there was not a city which we did not take from them: sixty cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the giants. Indeed his bedstead was an iron bedstead. (Is it not in Rabbah of the people of Ammon?) Nine cubits is its length and four cubits its width, according to the standard cubit. Deuteronomy 3:3-4, 11 (NKJV)

God is saying that "I'm giving you victory over your remaining giants. The thing that causes fear will become your testimony."

The Maximum Crush

For many the resolve to stand is returning. The victim mindset is beginning to fall away and the mind of Christ is returning and renewed. The Victor's mindset is taking control and will change the way you make decisions. (Photo via flickr)
