2017 will mark 15 years that I have had the honor of walking with a team that works with both individual nations and the global family. This team's journey through the nations has been based on seeing the prayer of Jesus that begins in John 17:20 fulfilled.

I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in Me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as You and I are one—as You are in Me, Father, and I am in You. And may they be in Us so that the world will believe You sent Me. I have given them the glory You gave Me, so they may be one as We are one. I am in them and You are in Me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that You sent Me and that You love them as much as You love Me. John 17:20-23 NLT

This is Jesus' prayer for unity. It is the longing of God's heart for His people to experience and live in the unity and oneness that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit experience and enjoy; oneness with Him and unity with one another. I can truly say that my walk with this team has been the closest I've ever been to seeing that prayer fulfilled. It has become my life's mission.

17:20 in 2017

Recently, during our weekly home house of prayer meeting, I was ministering over a lady and I saw John 17:20 over her head but the numbers suddenly switched and became 2017. I immediately understood that 2017 would be the year that we would begin to see a movement of God that is marked by the manifestation of great unity within the Body of Christ and great oneness with God's people moving only as they see God moving.

Then I was shown all of the demonic activity throughout the world that is dividing families, churches, people groups, races and nations. As I was shown this I realized that the enemy has seen the wave of unity that is approaching as a direct answer to the prayer Jesus prayed over 2000 years ago. In terror he has sent his demonic powers and principalities to wreak havoc throughout the world in order to propel divisions.

But God!!! Jesus will have what He desired and interceded for. Though it has appeared that division will be the theme of this past decade, God will raise up His chosen remnant to stand with Him and intercession with Him to see His longing fulfilled. Wheels Within Wheels

I had a vision in late November of many wheels that appeared to be the kind of wheels that you see in a clock or watch. They were spinning in many different directions and in different repetition speeds but none of them were connected to one another. I saw these wheels over individual lives, families, ministries, businesses and even nations. Then, in a moment, all of these separate wheels came together and were linked in alignment with one another. As this happened they all began to turn together in the same direction and same repetitions. They aligned, recalibrated and unified as one movement.

My sense was that these individuals, families, ministries, businesses and nations that had the disconnected wheels over them had felt the inability to move forward and felt a sense of "time lost." It was if the "pieces" just wouldn't come together that were needed for them to move forward and make up for lost time. A feeling of disconnection and separation loomed over them.

These wheels coming together caused the manifestation of "the pieces coming together." Connectivity caused forward movement, alignment, unity and clarity.

A Divine Reset

Then the vision continued but went from the inner working of the wheels of this watch (or clock) coming together to the face of it. When I saw the face of the clock I hear the word, "Reset."

The face of the clock read 8:17 (20:17) and I felt to turn to Genesis 8:17,

Bring out every kind of living creature that is with you—the birds, the animals, and all the creatures that move along the ground—so they can multiply on the earth and be fruitful and increase in number on it.

This verse marks the moment when God calls Noah, and all the living creatures that survived the time of the great flood out of the ark, His family. It was a divine reset on earth. I believe that 2017 will be a time to multiply, increase and experience a reset time.

Then the Lord said to turn to Genesis 20:17,

Then Abraham prayed to God, and God healed Abimelek, his wife and his female slaves so they could have children again.

2017 will be a year of the opening of the wombs. Many who have faced physical infertility will conceive and have children and many who have felt spiritually barren will become fruitful. I also sense that great increase will come to households. Last, I feel that the the family of God will see many children added to them.

Crossing Over

While I was writing an article about the clock vision for my personal blog, I went onto Google Images in order to find a picture of a watch or clock face. When I pressed search, rather than my computer taking me to images of watch faces it took me to a link of "how to reset a watch." Here was the reset word again. Even more surprising was the photo that accompanied this article was of a watch set to the time 3:33 and the date 11/20.

We all know that the number three is significant in Biblical numerical studies. It is the number that represents the Trinity, the age that Jesus began His ministry, the number of days between His crucifixion and resurrection and three multiplied three times equals nine which represents "completion" according to numeric studies.

There is a completion of one "time" or season and the beginning of a new time or era. The past few years have been what I would call a time of segue or of a threshold (crossing over). It has been a narrow way with great pressure and warfare. Some decided to back away from the pressure and warfare rather than crossing over. Those who crossed over did so for all the Body and their faith under great pressure to not shrink back will be counted unto the whole. Those who lagged behind will be restored to the "wheels" that are moving together. They will not be left behind!

2017 will also be the year where the Body of Christ receives wisdom, revelation and understanding into the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. The spirit of intercession will fall upon the Church and they will receive great and unsearchable insight.

Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. Jeremiah 33:3

Healing the Brothers

Then the Spirit drew my attention to the date on this watch. It was 11/20. He led me to turn to Hebrews 11:20,

By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.

When Isaac was nearly blind and on the verge of dying he brought his oldest son, Esau to his side and asked him to go hunt for meat and then prepare a meal for him so that he might then eat it and release the blessing of the father over the eldest son. Isaac's younger son, Jacob was instructed by his mother that this was happening and she arranged a meal and act of deception so that Jacob could deceive his father and steal the blessing from Esau.

Jacob succeeded in this deception and received the blessing, causing resentment and bitterness between brothers. Isaac, in faith, released the blessing upon his son's future but the enemy used it to create a division. Isaac did bless Esau but it was only useful within the context of relationship with his brother Jacob.

I felt that the Spirit was showing me that we are now entering a time where the divisions between brothers would be healed and restored to the Father's original intent to bless the future of both brothers. This will impact us seeing Arabs and Jews walking together in a unity not seen before now. It will cause different people groups and races in the Body of Christ (and in the world) to link arms and work together. Different denominations will work together for the sake of the Kingdom and even broken relationships within families and friends will be healed.

Conclusion

The divided and disconnected wheels will come together and move as one according to Jesus' prayer in John 17:20-23. This will reset time and make up for lost time. Healing, increase, fruitfulness and unity will be made manifest like never before.

2017 will be a year of unity and oneness. It will be a time that marks the manifestation of the answer to Jesus' prayer for us to be one as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are One. (To Subscribe to the Elijah List go here.)
