We truly appreciate Cindy McGill and her ministry! She goes where many of us wouldn't dare go...psychic fairs, adult conventions and other outreaches such as Burning Man, that you'll read about below. They simply GO to REACH OUT TO A WORLD IN NEED OF JESUS CHRIST.

The Church has Jesus, but the world does not...yet. This is a vital clarion call to the Church to BE the Light in this world.

I guarantee you will be greatly impacted as you read through the testimonies and this prophetic word from Cindy of just WHO God is raising up in this hour.

These "world shifters" who have felt like their lives have been undervalued or misunderstood, are emerging in great power... They constantly see from a higher perspective and they often don't fit into any organized church service. They are positioned to mobilize an army with transparency, addressing real needs and identifying issues with raw clarity. God's plan for our future and the future of our country and world hasn't changed. The earth is the LORD'S! His Church is created to move in the Holy Spirit and in His power, authority, wisdom, and compassion to occupy or steward this world until Jesus comes back. We must be IN the world to actually have a voice TO the world.

Warriors Who Boldly Confront Darkness

I recently had a conversation with a person who is a psychiatrist by profession, and this person said that the number of children who are suicidal at ages 8 and 9 is growing at an alarming rate. A people who are actively present in this world will turn the tide of senseless, destructive acts on the young people of today. Through Jesus, we actually have the power and wisdom to navigate in this world bringing light into darkness.

There are leaders and "warriors" emerging who are unafraid in their efforts to boldly confront darkness. The world shifters are emerging with great strength. These are the seasoned ones who have been holding the ground for years and years and the young radical warriors who have been "making their testimony". They are now stepping into positions with a voice of raw authority, that will shift the mindset of a corrupt world.

Together, they understand the strategies from Heaven, are unoffended, and are downloaded with heavenly navigational skills unmatched by any previous generations. They know the depth and absence of life and hope this world currently lives in, and they are relentless in their efforts to do something about it. They have no masks, no phony identities or agendas and will take this world by storm as God anoints their radical, unconventional ways to expand His Kingdom. (Photo via Cindy McGill at Burning Man)

The Least Likely...

If we look back in Scripture, battles were won and God's Kingdom was advanced by those who were least likely to conquer them. They were radically unconventional in all of their thinking and actions. People like David, Jonah, Gideon, Rahab, Jael, Amos, Noah, Peter, and the list goes on and on. Don't think for a moment that God's ways won't challenge you.

Everything God instructs them to do will go against the grain of conventional church-like methods. They are completely open to literally ANYTHING God wants to do and they are not intimidated by anyone to communicate what He is saying in this hour. God breathes heaviest on spontaneous, spirit-appointed words to the right people, at the right place, and at the right time. All the while, God will offend the mind of the religious who oppose such expressions to reveal the hearts. His ear is not deaf to the prayers you have prayed for your kids, but they are coming back to Him the way THEY are created.

These "world shifters" who have felt like their lives have been undervalued or misunderstood, are emerging in great power. While the frustration has been overwhelming at times, God has used their experiences and frustrations to form a resolve in them to be fearless in forging pathways in this revival.

They constantly see from a higher perspective and they often don't fit into any organized church service. They are positioned to mobilize an army with transparency, addressing real needs and identifying issues with raw clarity. Signs, wonders, salvations and mighty displays from Heaven accompany them as they are boldly taking their place.

The New Standard for Our World Starts Now! Take Your Positions!

We are DESIGNED and ASSIGNED to change the world. There is absolutely NOTHING God will not do to demonstrate His power to a world who doesn't think He's there. The heavens shift and move at His command, angels are charged to assist us, He commands the sun to stand still, or for rain to come for days. Stars in the heavens are held by His power and He measures the water of the sea with the palm of His hand and measures the universe with the length of his hand (Isaiah 40:12). There is no power greater, no wisdom more superior, no love more powerful; and the God of all comfort and peace will create pathways and dynamite granite barriers to accomplish His purpose in this earth. The days ahead of us are the greatest and most impacting. God-breathed words will literally transform landscapes, cities and nations when we speak and will be widely talked about.

The Holy Spirit is being poured out in such a powerful way that people will not only notice it but RUN to His presence and find hope and life for themselves. When LIGHT exists, there is NO ROOM for darkness. NONE...God is presenting His generals and His end time army to usher the biggest move ever.

The Struggle is Real...But We're Changing the World!

Since 2004, I have taken a team of creative visionaries to the festival called Burning Man, which is a gathering of over 70,000 people in the desert of Nevada to live in a free expression lifestyle and self-survival. These artists and creative ones are the spiritual seekers and leaders who are stepping into roles to lead and influence our nation and world. The simply DON'T BELONG IN TRADITIONAL CHURCH, but they have a God-breathed call on them to be world shifters. The most impacting expressions of God come out of these people and they are desperate to be heard.

These creative ones have no struggle connecting with the people who come to this festival looking for spiritual guidance and purpose. There is no judgment, no condemnation, no barriers, just love acceptance and forgiveness. We remove all labels from ourselves and our "guests" who visit our camp. Our single thought and heart is: "How does God want to encounter the ones He has been chasing down with His love?"

The questions our "visitors" (who are spiritual seekers) ask when they visit our Freedom Lounge theme camp are: "Do I have identity?" and "Is there hope?" Their pain is deep and they don't easily trust people, as they have been betrayed often when they actually do "open up" to someone.

This is the cry of the world we live in, not just the people who come to the desert. This year, we literally saw scars disappear from a young woman's arms who had been cutting herself with razors to relieve her pain. God showed her His transformation power with this sign and wonder.

The news of our camp spread throughout this event and people were begging us not to leave when we were tearing down our camp on the last day because God was performing miracles. Even to the point that our team took seekers into their RVs and continued the ministry to them inside, to get them out of the hot sun. Accurate words of knowledge flowed, healings took place, and people were radically saved and filled with God's Spirit, being ever changed for life and filled with hope.

Give God Permission to Use You Any Way He Wants To!

People have said to me, "I'm not 'comfortable' going to these places." My answer is, "NEITHER AM I, but this is where the world lives and if we are going to reach the world, we must be present in the world."

These adventures are not "easy" and there is nothing comfortable about the places we go. We endure harsh weather conditions, dust storms, sleep in tents that are filled with dirt, we don't shower for a whole week and have to wear ear plugs to drown out the continuous techno music that plays day and night. At the adult (porn) convention, the atmosphere is sickening and you feel slimed every moment we are in the arena, BUT there are young people in there who God loves deeply and our eyes are fixed on what He sees, not the environment.

Whether it's having a theme camp at the Burning Man festival in the Black Rock desert for 10 days or to the "porn" and adult conventions, we can no longer sit back and expect the world to change if we do nothing to change it. It's time to occupy and take back what Jesus has given us to possess. Not everyone is called to these arenas, but there are people all around you everywhere you go who are desperate to hear about a God who loves them UNCONDITIONALLY and doesn't shame them for their lifestyles (John 3:17).

The rug is coming up and exposures are coming both in the world as well as in the Church. There is a new voice emerging that will not shrink back, not waver and will be willing to boldly proclaim truth in a time where people are starving for truth. We have a job to do and God is giving us strength, resources and divine creativity to do it.

Take the Risk!

Victories don't come without battles. The time we live in now will require us to know how to battle according to God's instruction. These are days of "fine-tuning" our ears and hearts to be specific in handling situations that will arise as the spiritual battle increases (Rev. 3:22). One of the most important preparations we can do is to train our ears to HEAR – where we listen to HEAR instead of listening to RESPOND. God is telling us things about our world, our lives, the future, and our place and assignment to follow HIM into battles that will arise.

Nothing happens without a risk. Driving a car, getting on an airplane, getting married, changing jobs, crossing the street, etc. Risk-taking is a big part of our lives whether we admit it or not. Don't freak out about leaving one thing and going to another. There will be a growing discontentment if we stay in the same place too long. Water only remains fresh if it's moving.

God has been designing new open doors for us and we are walking into them at this moment. If we truly believe that all of our steps are ordered by the Lord, then we will be confident in making changes when we are asked to do so and the results will surprise us with new found freedoms. The older generation and younger generation together are going to create a force in this world which cannot be stopped. An army full of misfits, risk-takers, seasoned generals, creative artists, outcasts, edgy musicians, pastors who feel overlooked and undervalued, Mary Magdalenes, uneducated fishermen and people who are misunderstood, are gathering together to take charge.

Those who answer God's call in this hour will walk in the most supernatural power and authority this world has ever seen. God's not shaken by your mistakes, your checkered past or your perception of yourself. He knows YOU, the one He made, and what you are made for. He is determined to rocket launch you into your future with great purpose. He's got this.

I want to take this moment to thank Steve and Derene Shultz and the Elijah List readers in helping support our outreaches. Both to the adult conventions (where young girls and men are rescued from the hideous life of sexual exploitation and abuse) and to the Burning Man Festival. You have not only partnered with our outreach efforts, you have partnered with God in advancing His presence into our world that is so desperate to hear and embrace Truth.

This year, after such a successful outreach, our RV was involved in an accident coming down the hill and was totaled along with our trailer. Thankfully, everyone in the RV was unharmed. The enemy is never happy when people who walk in darkness find Jesus, but now, we find ourselves in a place of rebuilding our camp once again.

We have many, many more outreaches coming up, a documentary to make, and we are developing a training school to equip, train and launch people into this world as "world shifters and changers."
