Women of Impact, led by Victoria Boyson and Derene Shultz, is an empowering Christian women's movement designed to raise up and empower women to impact their communities and the world. God has spoken to our hearts to raise an army and prepare them to gather and minister to His end-time harvest of souls. Referencing Psalm 68:11, God is calling for an army to prepare to glean a harvest of souls for His Kingdom.

We've had the power of God poured out in our meetings and have received a great deal of feedback from women who've experienced miraculous healing from physical ailments (some which were incurable), freedom from demonic strongholds in their minds and families that have literally transformed them and many, many have said they've experienced an increase and degree of spiritual encounters they've had with the Holy Spirit receiving visions, dreams, and prophetic revelations! So COME EXPECTANT for God to touch your life and receive from HIM!

Speakers

	Victoria Boyson is a prophetic voice to this generation. She is the founder of Victoria Boyson Ministries and Women of Impact Ministries, a ministry challenging women to revolutionize their purpose through Biblical study. Based out of the Houston, Texas, area, she's called to awaken and prepare the Bride of Christ for the end-time harvest and compel His Church to embrace a passionate relationship with their heavenly Father. She is the author of The Birth of Your Destiny, His Passionate Pursuit, Awakening: The Deep Sleep, Revolution: The White Horse Rider, God's Magnum Opus: The Value of a Woman. Victoria lives in the Houston, Texas area with her husband, Steve, of 28 years and together they have four children.
	Kathi Pelton is passionate about releasing the heart of the Father to His sons and daughters. Kathi is an author, speaker and prophetic voice. Kathi and her husband, Jeffrey, travel extensively to walk with nations as a part of a global team, they are also a part of a national team that hosts worship and prayer gatherings and Kathi is a frequent writer for The Elijah List and other prophetic publications. They spent four years in Kelowna, British Columbia serving as the directors of a house of prayer that Patricia King began called The War Room. Jeffrey and Kathi have four grown children and two grandchildren. They reside in Eugene, Oregon.
	Derene Shultz, along with her husband Steve, founded THE ELIJAH LIST in 1997. Starting with only 30 friends, THE ELIJAH LIST has now grown to approximately 240,000 daily email subscribers in virtually every country on earth. Their goal is to encourage the Body of Christ through releasing daily prophetic words, 365 days a year. One of the most common things said by people is that you have no idea... the Elijah List is just a lifeline for me every day! Derene has a heart to see the Body built up in the same grace and mercy she has felt from the Lord throughout her life. Derene and Steve have three adult children, each happily married and serving the Lord. They reside in Oregon and their office is in Albany, Oregon. They currently dote over two grandchildren.
	Lisa Roitsch, is passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God made manifest through His children. As an ordained minister, she is a powerful Bible teacher and loves to draw people into experiencing their own personal encounters with their heavenly Father in new ways. Her deepest desire is to see men and women filled with an understanding of who they are in Christ and to fully realize who their heavenly Father is. Convinced of the power available to God's children once we recognize our true identity in Christ, Lisa is motivated to share how God views each of us so that we can be free to walk in the joy, peace and prosperity He came to give us! Lisa began ministering to young girls who had been victims of sex trafficking and brought needed deliverance into their lives through counseling, prayer and sharing the love of God. She has also taught Biblical truths to young people in the Montgomery County Juvenile detention center. She has spent years teaching women's groups the message of freedom and providing a deeper awareness of God's compassion and mercy. Lisa and her husband have been married for over 26 years and live in the greater Houston area. Together they have 3 grown daughters.
