Ella Onakoya: "A Time of Bringing Forth and Manifestation – Allow Your Destinies to be Incubated in the Glory of God"

This word by Ella will reveal to you that there are different stages including incubation, and then walking out His purposes for your life. This will really help many of you!

We must allow His glory to incubate and overshadow the promises and purposes of God for our lives in order for His purposes and destinies for us to come forth in a timely manner.

God is speaking prophetically in many different ways and one of the ways He speaks to us is through "signs and wonders." I sense the Lord fine-tuning our spiritual ears, eyes and senses to discern with greater accuracy His plans and purposes for our lives and nations.

"I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth beneath." Acts 2:19

Incubation Time and the Glory

Recently I woke up and noticed some shiny gold dust that had supernaturally appeared on my hands. I also noticed a single shiny gold dust piece on my stomach. Appearances of gold dust can speak of the glory of God. Sometimes gold dust appears in meetings as a sign of God's presence. Scriptures describe gold seen in Heaven.

For example, Revelation 21:21 talks about the street of the city in Heaven being pure gold. Sometimes when God's glory manifests on the earth, it can carry within it the manifestation of some of the gold in Heaven. While I believe our focus is to pursue Jesus only, when the Lord sovereignly releases these wonders as we focus on Him, we can certainly celebrate what He does.

"How magnificent are Your works, oh Lord, how profound are Your thoughts." Psalm 92:5

The Lord chose to share His thoughts and a very important message for the Church through the single piece of shiny gold dust He manifested on my stomach. The Lord spoke to me that the gold dust on my stomach spoke of "His glory overlaying the womb of our spirit." We must allow His glory to incubate and overshadow the promises and purposes of God for our lives in order for His purposes and destinies for us to come forth in a timely manner.

Purposes and destines are conceived in the womb of our spirit. The promises and the Word of God are the "SEED" in our spiritual womb that needs to grow to be nurtured and brought forth for God's purposes in us to be released. There are some that have experienced delays in the manifestation of God's purposes while for others it is simply that they must wait for the timing of God for His purposes to be birthed in their lives.

Hear the Lord's compassion in these words in Isaiah 66:9, "Shall I bring to the point of birth and not cause to bring forth?"

Birthing Destinies and Purposes

This is a word the Lord will have me share for different categories of people who are at different stages of birthing their destinies and purposes:

1. Seed Word From God

The first categories are those who have just received a "SEED WORD" from God. This could be a word of healing, a prophetic word or a revelation they received as they read the Word. These groups of people are at the beginning of the gestation period of carrying the word in their spirit. Because the atmosphere with which we incubate God's promises is important, it is crucial to know how to cultivate a glory atmosphere around the promises of God within us.

In Luke chapter 1, after the angel Gabriel had appeared to Mary and told her she was going to conceive and bear a child called Jesus. She asked him how this would come about seeing as she had not known a man. The angel told her that her giving birth to Jesus will come forth because the Holy Spirit will come upon her and the power of the most High will overshadow her.

Mary received a word which seemed impossible but the word she received came to pass because she believed and she was wise to stay in an atmosphere that nurtured her faith in the promises she received. As she stayed with Elizabeth, who had become pregnant after receiving the promises of God though she had being barren for years, Mary's faith continued to grow and she eventually gave birth to Jesus. We also need to be watchful to allow the seed of God's promise within us to grow in an atmosphere free of doubt and unbelief.

• For those who have just received a word from the Lord regarding His purpose or destiny for you, I will share a testimony to encourage you how to bring it forth:

Two years ago while I was in Norway on a ministry trip, a woman told me of her husband who had been in the hospital for seven weeks due to kidney failure. His damaged kidney with dangerously high keratin, precipitated other symptoms in his body, such as his ears becoming deaf so that he could only hear through machines plugged into his ears. His blood pressure increased so much that the doctors feared he would have a heart attack. He was bleeding internally and under his skin. She told me he was discouraged. She said she did not want him to die.

As we spoke, I received an assurance in my spirit from the Lord that He was going to release the breakthrough of his healing to him. This assurance was the "SEED" I received in the womb of my spirit for the ill man. I felt the key for him to receive his healing was to receive this assurance in his own spirit. The desolation and helplessness he was carrying needed to be replaced with faith and assurance. With this assurance in my spirit I went to the hospital to pray for him. Everything that happened in that hospital visit showed how much we need God's glory in the manifestation of His purpose and destiny for us.

In the hospital, as I was about to start praying, the Holy Spirit told me to stop and worship the Lord first with the song Hallelujah. As I started to sing, this man's body intensely vibrated and he shouted that he could hear the voices of many angels singing along with us. I knew this worship had released the realm of God's glory where angels were manifestly present. I believe these were angels of healing breakthrough that came to help bring forth his healing. He was still deaf and was only able to hear the voices of angels through the monitor connected to his ears, but that realm of glory had created the right atmosphere for me to speak the word of life necessary for his healing.

Often as we sense this realm of glory, radical faith increases in us. I explained to the man that I was going to disconnect the hearing machine from his ear as I prayed. This was to help me test his hearing after prayers. I disconnected the machine connected to his ear and commanded both ears to open and in prayer released the Kingdom into his body for his blood pressure to become normal and that life flows into his body. After prayers, I asked him if he could hear. He told me he could hear from one of his ears. This was good news as I knew his healing had started to manifest.

He had now received the seed word of healing which he needed to carefully nurture in the right atmosphere of faith and glory for the rest of his healing to manifest. I encouraged him to start making faith declarations of his healing and not to make any more negative confessions.

A day later, his wife delightedly shared how her husband called her after my visit to the hospital and told her of his experiences of hearing the voices of angels, and after that first day had 80% hearing restored with his blood pressure becoming normal. The doctors were said to be amazed. By the third day, his hearing became 100% normal and he no longer needed the machine to hear. His health improved so dramatically that he was discharged from the hospital a few days later.

I saw him a year later at a meeting I ministered at, where he shared this testimony again publicly. He told us how he was close to dying. God's purpose for him was to live and not die, so he could continue to fulfill God's plan on the earth. The realm of glory provided the atmosphere for his miracle, while the word of faith I spoke with his faith and determination to receive his healing, provided the catalyst for the manifestation of the purpose of God for his healing.

2. Setbacks and Miscarriages of Destiny

The second category of people the Lord will have me release a word to are for: those who had been carrying the seed of His promise for a long time but had suffered setbacks and even miscarriages in the path of their destiny. The Lord desires to accelerate the birthing of these purposes and to bring a release of the grace that is needed for these destinies to come forth.

• Here is a really amazing story of a woman I met several years ago who God helped to overcome setbacks in the fulfillment of her destiny:

Some years ago, I met a woman in Cambodia who shared her story with me. She believed she had a call from the Lord for ministry to "set the captives free". However, she could not seem to have the breakthrough to fulfill the ministry God had for her. She had setbacks that seem to make it impossible to fulfill her destiny. She shared how she felt this was due to a curse placed on her by her husband who was a worshipper of satan. He did not like that she worshipped Jesus and verbalized a curse that would be set in motion any time she tried to move forward in ministry.

She shared about horrendous and unexplained happenings that occurred to her anytime she attempted to step into her calling and asked me to pray and break this curse. One of the things I love about God is how He can suddenly release breakthrough to us at the point when we feel the weakest. I knew the glory of God carries breakthrough so I prayed in the name of Jesus for her to be released from the curse of setbacks so the seed of destiny God put in her can be fulfilled.

Two years after I met her, she contacted me to say that prayer broke the curse of setbacks in her life. She supernaturally entered into freedom to fulfill her ministry with ease. She is now the pastor of a church in Cambodia and has a couple of ministries where she is training others in setting others free! When it seems as if you have missed out on fulfilling your destiny, be encouraged for the glory of the Lord carries within it the power to divinely accelerate your destiny.

3. The Timing of the Lord

Lastly, some who have not yet experienced the manifestation of God's purpose in an area of your life is simply because of "the timing of the Lord" has not come for the manifestation. You are in a season of preparation.

I hear the Lord's encouragement to endure. Be not hasty to bring forth Ishmael, for the child of His promise Isaac will come forth. Although Elizabeth was barren for so long, she had to wait for the timing of Heaven for John the Baptist to be born so he could prepare the way of the Lord.

As He prepares you, wait on Him and let His glory incubate you. In the glory is the place of birthing and manifestation.
