"A Season of the Emerging King in the Church: A Plea From the Lord"

Quite some time ago, I heard the Lord say that if the King of kings is not seated in the American Church, the nation would beg for a king. When I heard this word I had a shudder go through my spirit. What is the purpose of a king?
Webster's says: The male ruler of an independent state, especially one who inherits the position by right of birth. Synonyms: ruler, sovereign, monarch, crowned head, crown, emperor, prince, potentate, lord.
Wikipedia states that, in many cases, a monarch will also be linked with a state religion.
If we look at this, we will notice that in the rule of governing by a Sovereign (as a King reigns and rules), the people KNOW who is in charge. It's not debatable. It's not vote-able. It is, however, tangible.
Heaven's Monarchy vs. the World's
Years ago I fell in love with Revelation, chapter 21, and the description there of Heaven. As I read, this majestic pictorial image playing out in front of me, I noticed that just by reading it made all imaginary castles and kingdoms look nondescript compared to "jeweled walls, golden streets, and crystal seas". Yes, this dynamic of majesty was so real, that my own imagination began to soar way beyond any movie that was ever filmed. I started to contemplate the monarchies of the world. When we look at majesty here in America, all we see is Hollywood royalty. From a distance we see the Royalty of Great Britain. But these two royalties cannot even compare. British Royalty is real with thousands of years in its progress. The other – the monarchy of Hollywood – is a fantasy made up of scripts and sets and designs. Alas, in the USA we have no real realm of the monarchy, nor do we have its rule or its status.
Across the globe in various countries a monarchial rule has been established with success. There are 44 counties that have monarchies. Not all are good. Some are even bad. But they are there. So, how does our government in the USA differ? In the USA we have a government that, as a whole, makes us sovereign in our rule collectively. That government is compiled by all of Congress and a President or Commander-in-Chief. His sole role is to adhere to his Oath of Office. His oath is as follows: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Each player in this government is placed there by vote and not by inheritance. None have an inherited seat. That is what makes our government a Republic, not a Monarchy. (However, as citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, we are adopted in and now are heirs to Heaven...)
I say all of this because in the Word of GOD there is only one form of government that cannot be overthrown nor voted out or conspired against as we have seen in historical accounts. The worldly systems all have their flaws. Even our American Constitution in its conception is able to fail – proving all of God's governing laws would exist supreme.
Why is this important? It is an important background to now release a prophetic word, in the most passionate sense. Our God is about to enable the Church to embark on a new course of destiny! This destiny will find it has its own similar effects as one who abdicates from a rule of government.
"Seat the King in the American Church!"
Yes, the Lord Himself is about to write something upon the heart of the American Church, which will in vast presence touch the nations once again.
I heard clearly: "Seat the King in the American Church to help spare the nation, or she will beg for a King." When this came to me I was troubled in heart and spirit, not actually comprehending at the time what all it meant. I decided to sit and wait. And wait. And wait. Then He spoke again.
It's during this time of uncertainty we see the call and outcry for change. Great change is coming to the "Church." In the next several months, the Lord Himself will begin to place a passion for His reign as King upon the hearts of His people. Although I heard this and my spirit was excited, I also sensed a stillness to wait. Just wait. There is more. I sat quite still and He began to share His heart with me:
"Theresa, I shall be found among My people. I shall be the lifter of their heads, and I desire to reign as The Sovereign. The Church needs King-MAKERS, not in the sense of all becoming kings, but kingly hearts after the One true King. To be as one with you is to reign with you. Allow Me to be the King of kings," asks the Lord of Lords.
Here is a note of interest: In the Book of Revelation, we see that the kings of the earth will bring their glory into Heaven: "And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honor into it" (Revelation 21:24).
This is extremely important because this makes Jesus King over the kings in Heaven. He is still King of kings. He spoke again: "My rule will never be usurped or out-done, for My own glory will converge upon every place and take dominion. This is the way of kings. I shall become owner of what is Mine," says the Lord. "Embrace Me. Me, Jesus, the son of David, the Son of God as the ultimate King of kings, and be subject to Me. It will be Jesus as the one day King, the King with whom you are happy to join."
The Prophecy Continues...
In the next few months to the next couple of years there will be an explosion of kingly messages and paradigms (example or pattern of something; a model) for the Church to awaken to her original intent.
Prophecies will emerge declaring sightings of the King. There will be vast encounters of Majesty. It will be on the lips of many. This is being released to assist the Church in her awakening. For when the King is present, He trumps EVERYTHING. For THE PRESENCE that will emerge will also be accompanied with supernatural power and might.
This will be evident even to unbelievers. Hollywood is about to develop films of a conquering nature, and the realms of earthly kings are about to be told out in film. A film about King David will emerge. It will be a good film. But, beware of the storyline, for in it will be seduction that will deviate from the purpose of David's reign. Pray for Hollywood to develop this film for David's purpose, not his lust. Ask the Lord.
Keep an eye on Great Britain, for out of her will come a tale of a magnitude of majesty and loyalty. What was once in demise will now become a surprise..."And I, the Lord, will make Great Britain a visual to be awed at," says the Lord. "Wait and see." (Photo via Wikipedia)
"A King in Tonga will emerge a key player on the world's stage. You see, I am aligning kings across the globe.
"Will you admire them or Me?" says the Lord. "For I as King will give strategies and guidelines like no other.
"O America, O Church in America, seat Me as King and your place at the table of Majesty will be secure," says the Lord. "For as David sat at his table, he covered one who was an heir... Mephibosheth (see 2 Samuel 9:9-10), crippled and broken. Once to rule... now a servant to David. Yet David loved the promise and positioned him at his table, for love covered him. Yes, I love the Church in America, and I will cover you like a hen her chicks, and My skirt will cover you as linen on the table. O America, I will call you to My table as I am the King in the House of Faith. You will see," says the Lord.
Matthew 23:37 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.
Ezekiel 16:8 "Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of My garment over you and covered your naked body. I gave you My solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you," declares the Sovereign LORD, "and you became Mine."
A Plea from the Lord:
Acts 22:16 And now what are you waiting for? Get up...
Yes, arise, O children of the Highest, arise!
Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine; for your light (revelation) has come, And the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. (Notation mine)
2 Peter 1:19 We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.
Our plea back to the Almighty:
Psalm 44:26 Rise up, be our help, and redeem us for the sake of Your lovingkindness.
Psalm 102:13 You will arise and have compassion on Zion; for it is time to be gracious to her, for the appointed time has come.
A Prayer to the King
You, O Sovereign Lord, help me to understand Your ways and Your truth, and prepare me to be Your bondservant.
I ask that You prepare me to sit at Your table.
I pray that we, O Lord, would keep ourselves ever mindful to YOUR majestic presence and supernatural ways. Keep us willing, O Lord.
I pray that You, O King Jesus, would allow us to passionately pursue You in the realm of being Your loyal subjects.
O Lord God, Your throne room is my floor of waiting and being, O Lord God! I behold You!
Make it my will, yes, it is my will, to declare Your ways to the nations and from these borders and beyond.
For Jesus' name's sake, I'm your subject.

A Dream of the King with His Queen
I had a dream in the early hours of the morning recently. In it I am a watcher, as if I am watching "a movie". There is a King and Queen dancing in a dark room, wearing clothing that is reminiscent of a long-gone era, however is not time specific. During their formal dance, their two bodies are separated by some space. His right hand is on her waist. She has long brown hair, loose and flowing down her back. He is wearing His crown and has a square jaw. As they slowly dance, she has her right hand in His left and she holds her dress in her left hand as they dance. There is a sense of intimacy between them that is established over time.
They dance behind a dark, wooden set of stairs, steps that seem as if they lead to an attic, but are out of sight in my dream. Suddenly, from behind the stairway, I see His hand tossing a cut-glass vase with red roses in it up the stairway. Interestingly, there are many, many roses crammed into the vase, yet only the rose blossoms are visible. The vase rolls down the steps and the Queen catches them on the third step from the bottom of the stairs. In the dream it seems important that the roses are caught by the Queen... and she does. Then the "camera" cuts to a close up of the King's left hand. In the area between the thumb and first finger there is a red wound, as if he has been scratched by a finger nail. The "camera" then moves to just one section of his jaw, and there is a wound on his jaw as well. The "camera" then shows a very tight close-up of the Queen's face to focus on a scar that is hidden in her eyebrow. There are also some other scars on her face and forehead, as if she has been cut while fighting in the past and they have healed over time. Some of these scars are larger and deeper than the others. Most are healed, but there are cuts on her face that are still raw and red.
In this dream I see the beautiful imagery of the end-time Church. I see the King, our King Jesus, who is dancing with His beloved Bride, His Queen. She is beautiful, but she bears the scars of the many hits she has taken to her face. The enemy has tried to "de-face" the Church, to make her less attractive and beautiful. She bears the battle scars of multiple fights over time, some obvious, and some not so obvious... such as the one hidden in the eyebrow of the beautiful Queen.
Interpretation: The Bride Will Catch Her Rose of Sharon!
In spite of her scars, our King loves her still, and offers her flowers – ROSES – in a cut-glass vase. He is offering Himself to her, for He is the Rose of Sharon (Song of Solomon 2:1). The simple, wooden attic steps represent our climb to Heaven, literally a stairway to Heaven, made out of old, dark wood. Wood is symbolic of that which is dead, i.e., the old man (John 15:6). This is important, because we have already had two great awakenings and there is yet one more to come! This time the Queen, His beloved, will "CATCH" the Rose of Sharon!
The cuts and scars on the King are symbolic as well. He has obviously "taken one on the jaw", however undoubtedly turned the other cheek (Matthew 5:39). In addition, our King has a wound on His left hand. The first finger is indicative of God, the number "1" power and authority. The thumb stands for our "will". One is helpless without thumbs, and cannot exert his own will, which is why thumbs are removed from captured Bible kings (Judges 1:6-7). In addition, blood and/or oil is applied to the thumbs to set a priest apart for service to God (Exodus 29:20, Leviticus 14:7).
In my dream, the King bears a wound on His left hand – the left symbolizing the supernatural and the right symbolizing the natural. This shows an attempt by the enemy to destroy the power, authority, holiness and the Will of God in this earth realm. The good news... it's just a scratch! The enemy has failed! He has failed to take off the King's thumb and forefinger, and has failed to remove His power, authority and His will! His holiness remains (Amos 4:2, Hebrews 12:10)!
Our Queen holds her garb – her clothes of righteousness — with her left hand, while the King holds her right hand in His left. Her garb is held – dictated – by "the supernatural", as she decrees a thing and it shall surely come to pass (Job 22:28). She puts on her garment of praise (Isaiah 61:3) while He holds her natural circumstances in His supernatural hands (John 10:29)! He holds her body gently by the waist, steering her as they dance, both leading and guiding her by the power of His Holy Spirit (John 16:13). He is unable to lose control of her in this manner, as he holds her both "in the natural" and in "the supernatural"!
This dream is a picture of what was, what is, and what is coming. Our King is guiding us and steering us both in the natural and in the supernatural. I believe we are on the verge of the great awakening. Our King is dancing with us, leading us and guiding us into all Truth. During this end-time harvest, this time the Bride will surely CATCH her Rose of Sharon! (Photo via Pixabay)
