He Was Ready to Fight and Screamed at Me...Then, All of a Sudden, I Felt Tremendous Compassion

As the Lord began to speak to me about 2015 in the month of December, He began to speak to me about a movement that would begin to arise in the Church worldwide in 2015. As God began to speak to me about 2015, He released in my spirit a very deep and powerful word on compassion.

Many of us have gone through some of the hardest trials of our lives in 2014 and the past season(s) of our life. We have faced the fire in every way possible in this last season. Through this fire, the Lord began to do a work in my own life that would help me receive a new level of compassion, peace, and comfort.

Recently, I was on a ministry trip with my father, Bill Lackie, and I faced a situation that I had not faced before on this level. While my father was ministering in the main sanctuary at a church we were invited to, I walked out to the main foyer and noticed a young teenage boy sitting down with his hoodie over his head. For a few minutes he didn't look up or make a noise as I was in the foyer with him. I looked over at him after about five minutes had gone by, and he looked up at me and began to weep. I was taken aback by his response as we made eye contact. I was about 20 feet from him and began to walk over to him, when all of a sudden he stood up as if he was ready to fight and screamed at me, and said, "Why are you doing this to me? My Dad doesn't care about me. I just want to die!" (Photo via Pixabay)

At this point I was shocked at his reaction and wasn't fully sure what to do. He was angry and had clenched fists as if he was ready to hit me. Then, all of a sudden, I felt this tremendous compassion for this young man; even though he was screaming and said things that were very mean, it didn't affect me at all. All I felt was this compassion to help him get free from this pain that he was in.

I walked up to him and firmly asked him to sit down. As he sat down, I placed my hand on his back and just began to rub his back and pray in tongues as he wept. I could instantly feel the supernatural comfort from the Holy Spirit come upon both him and me. As I felt the anger lift from him, I was able to speak to him as he was now calm and willing to receive. I led him to Jesus and took him through deliverance, and then had him break the power of hopelessness, anger, and suicide.

I had never in my life seen such a quick change in the spirit over someone. It was as if I was looking at a different person once this boy received Jesus and was free from this pain. The door to bring healing to this young man was opened through compassion.

"You Need More of My Spirit"

I was praying about this situation and wondering why people, both young and old, go through so much pain, so much hurt, and so much fear. I was asking God, "Why do bad things happen to good people?" I really cried out, asking God to answer me. Then The Holy Spirit reminded me of what He spoke to me at the end of 2014. He said "You don't need all of the answers; you need more of My Spirit." He reminded me of this Scripture:

"Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit" (Romans 15:13 NKJV).

This simple statement from the Holy Spirit set me free instantly. This burden was taken off of my shoulders and I instantly knew that I would never have all of the answers as to why bad things happen. I instantly understood that the Holy Spirit can give comfort in a way that surpasses the understanding of why some things may happen that are hard and difficult. I then saw how we are called to walk in this peace and comfort. The peace of the Spirit will overtake us no matter what we face and no matter how bad we want answers. The Holy Spirit is the answer! Romans 8:26 (NKJV) Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

The Holy Spirit answered my prayers in a way that I didn't expect. The answer was to let go of the need for answers about these things. The answer was to receive the supernatural peace that passes all understanding. The answer was to trust God in such a way that no hardship can bring doubt or fear about the compassion that Jesus clearly demonstrated at the Cross. The answer was to receive the ability to be compassionate so that others may be set free!

Here is What the Lord Spoke to Me and Showed Me About 2015

The year of 2015 will begin a revolution of compassion in the Church worldwide. Difficult situations will occur and the Church will then begin to pull together by the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit! The Church will no longer look away from those in need. The hungry will be fed and the scattered will come under covering.

Hearts that have been hardened will be made tender once again. Kindness is being restored to the Church as we demonstrate Father's love toward each other. This demonstration of kindness and tenderness will thwart the enemy's plan of destruction.

People will begin to see others as God sees them. They will feel and see His heart of love and compassion that He has toward His children, and they will see the purpose, plan, call, and destiny of others and have a strong desire to see others step into their place in the Kingdom. What you see in the natural about a person will be overcome by the tender desire that God has for them to be set free from feeling like they don't belong. Compassion will compel many people to reconcile with one another. Long-standing bitterness in families will begin to be healed among mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, husbands and wives, and families will begin to pull back together in forgiveness with a heart to bring reconciliation and restoration.

Denominational walls will begin to fall. Churches of all races from all over the world will begin to come together like never before. The Kingdom will be the focus, not the color of skin, or the type of denomination. Personality conflicts will become insignificant as hearts become tender once again.

Faith will begin to arise like never before. The hard and difficult situations of the past will become a foundation of faith that the saints will stand on. God has proven Himself time and time again, and it's time to stand in full faith, trusting God to provide all that we need.

No matter what we face, answers or no answers, the Holy Spirit will provide all of the peace, comfort, and supernatural power that we will ever need. The Holy Spirit is activating hearts of compassion that will shift lives instantly. People with long-standing issues of brokenness will come to know the love of Jesus through the compassion that is demonstrated through the Church in 2015.

The Church is receiving a new level of compassion for the hurting, lost, rejected, and neglected people in the world and in the Church. This compassion will birth a unity like never before. The saints that receive this compassion will begin to birth this revolution of standing together as one!

This year, a new type of boldness will come forth through this compassion that is stirring in our hearts. Boldness will be redefined this year! The bold ones are the ones that will love without reservation. They will give without expecting to be rewarded. They will know how to minister reconciliation to the hardest hearts. They will bring healing to those who despise them. They will release life to those who slander them.

When people gossip about them and reject them, they will run at those people with the acceptance and love of Jesus! They will lay down their lives for people that they may not have even liked in the past. God is pouring out compassion upon us so that we can pour out compassion on the hearts of stone!

In 2015, the Church will walk as sons of God. The Holy Spirit will lead us into uncharted territory and, as we step into the unknown, the Holy Spirit will make the way clear. All fear of the unknown must be dealt with. This year will require a faith that is unshakable, compassion that is without limits, and a unity with the Holy Spirit that strengthens our unity with one another. (Photo via Pixabay)

The Lord says, "Believe that the impossible is made possible by My hand. Believe that hardened hearts will melt through compassion. Believe that the walls of your heart will fall down as you open your heart to the Holy Spirit. Even the people that you have given up on will come to Jesus through the compassion that you demonstrate! Believe that you can navigate through the hard and difficult places as you walk by the Holy Spirit. Believe that 2015 will be a year of receiving the full demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit!"

Believe that God is in control and nothing takes Him by surprise! He knows the end from the beginning and He has made a way for us to be compassionate towards one another.

Philippians 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
