Cindy McGill: "The Face Of The Church Is Changing"

My friend Cindy McGill is the "real deal"... very down to earth and offers very practical insight... I've said this before about her and I so appreciate her simple yet powerful truths the Lord gives her.

God is banding together those ministers who feel forgotten, left out, and have not yet seen their reward for all of those years they labored tirelessly without giving up. There is a job to do and these ministers KNOW about spiritual warfare and how to battle with precise accuracy. There will be new schools of ministry and apostolic training centers that will emerge with these generals of the faith, who will instruct a whole generation on Kingdom principles and character.

Several years ago, my husband had a dream where Jesus was in the sky riding on a white horse with a cloud of angels surrounding him. One of the angels came down and stood in front of my husband in the dream and gave a message. The angel said, "Look for the woman whose face is......" then the angel took his hand and made a swiping motion over his face.

The message from the angel (who is with Jesus as He is making His way back), was about the Church. The "woman" is the Church and the swiping motion over the face represents identity, thus "Look for the 'Church' whose identity is changing."

The past few years have been very difficult, but God is at work to will and to do what He needs to in preparation for coming days. He is at work to separate us from things that don't look like Him. We are going to be changed into His image with His character and burn with His passion for the world He sent Jesus to die for. Preparation is ALWAYS necessary to bring about change for us to shed ourselves of things that just don't fit with God's plan.

The Ones Who Feel Forgotten...

I was watching the movie RED about retired CIA agents who came out of retirement to accomplish a mission together. These people were considered "retired" yet they had wisdom and skills that the younger agents did not possess. Their accuracy and unity outwitted the enemy and caused the younger generation to take notice. I liked that RED stands for "Retired and Extremely Dangerous".

There is a job to do and these ministers KNOW about spiritual warfare and how to battle with precise accuracy. There will be new schools of ministry and apostolic training centers that will emerge with these generals of the faith, who will instruct a whole generation on Kingdom principles and character.

Just when these "forgotten ones" didn't know how they would make it or if their efforts were in vain, a new strength will arise in you and many will seek you out for your wisdom. You are the fathers now and God can entrust you with the greatest heavenly blue prints for the greatest mission ahead. There are no "one man shows". This emerging tribe of "hidden" seasoned warriors will find their strengths complementing each other and creating a synergetic explosion of true "sonship" qualifications that God will mark with His favor.

Character is WAY above gifting in God's eyes. Gifts are given but fruit is grown and true fathers bear fruit, wisdom, character and tenacity which produces hope.

Mi Casa, Su Casa

I saw a huge transference of properties, houses and cars, and all kinds of supplies being given to ministries all over the place who are committed to doing the Kingdom work. God has entrusted some with great wealth for such a time as this. For those who have been stewards of Kingdom funds, God has given you the ability to make wealth like the "Midas Touch". Everything you have touched has turned to gold.

It has been His purpose for you and there is now a "fine-tuning" happening in you to know where to channel the funds you have been stewards over. You will have great confirmation for where to give and how much. There are places that God is highlighting right now for these schools and centers to be birthed. It will be like the colt that Jesus rode on and into Jerusalem. The Lord has need of it.

Location, Location, Location

Do you feel a move coming on? God is relocating people to new places to accomplish His plan. If you have felt uprooted and things are seemingly scattered everywhere, then you are not alone. It's time to let go and move on. There are plenty of new alignments and new assignments that have already happened and are happening now. God is strategic about His placement and His purpose for us. Don't stay stuck if God is plucking you up. By the end of March things will look much different than they do now.

Let God Set the Table

He is the supplier and the Host of the feast. These new assignments for a "new look" will only prove to be much easier and lighter to carry. The "bread of life" always swallows up death and "living water" refreshes the soul. God is displaying His beauty through the ones who love Him and it will be a time of refreshing and joy to heal the scorched places and places of betrayal and deep heart hurts.

The best days are ahead. God is the Healer and absolute Lover of our souls who will not allow us to be destroyed. We may have been pushed down and pressed on every side, but we are NOT destroyed. Get ready to SOAR. Let go and God will take over.
