We have truly entered a new season, and many are feeling it – God is shifting us into the new. He is going down deep, and doing a great work in His people. I've had friends and acquaintances tell me even this past week they feel God stripping away old things in them to make room for the new. He's giving us new wineskins to carry the new wine.
On Sunday at church I heard the word "momentum" and it struck me hard. Momentum means "The quantity of motion of a moving body, measured as a product of its mass and velocity." God is moving His Church Body in momentum with Him and what He wants to accomplish in this day.
You will be very encouraged in the latest word by Charles Shamp. As I just read through it, all I could think of was God moving His Body in "momentum" with Him even in the midst of the most difficult circumstances of our day as Charles shares, "no matter how bad it may seem the world is getting, God is raising up a people that carry the glory on the earth that will bring great restitution and restoration to all the enemy has attempted to steal over the past several generations."

Five "Manys" The Lord Will Perform
The Bible has clearly revealed to us that in the last days there will be difficult times. They will be times of turmoil and uncertainty for those in the world. We can certainly see we are living in those days, where there seems to be a multiplying of darkness.
We live in an hour where it feels like what David wrote in Psalm 3:1-2, "Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! Many are they that rise up against me. Many there be which say of my soul, 'There is no help for him in God.'" In the midst of the contrary voices and terrible situations that seem to be going on, there still stands a powerful promise from the Lord to the righteous:
"Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all" (Psalm 34:19).
Yet, while there seem to be contradictions to this promise and many oppositions against the Believers in the earth today, there stands the promise of blessings that God has given in His Word. The Bible declares during the days of Jesus that He performed so many miraculous things, "Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written" (John 21:25).
With that being said, I want to deliver to you these five "Manys" that the Lord Jesus revealed to me that He will perform in this hour and through His Church.
1. Many Healings, Mighty Works, and Miracles
The Word declares in Mark 3:10 that as many as pressed in to touched Him were healed. I see a great pressing in for the miraculous in this season like never before in churches across the world. I see traditional churches coming into a fresh wave of healing and miracles – and what many thought was dead will suddenly burst into life again. Also, Pentecostal churches whose roots trace back to Azusa are going to see an increase of miracles and the presence of Jesus, especially those who have been dedicated to reaching the inner cities and ghetto areas of their city. "Get ready," says the Lord, "for many miracles!" I heard three specific miracles that will manifest on a great scale during this year:
1. Many infirmities will be healed (see Luke 7:21),
2. Many blind eyes will open (see Luke 7:21),
3. Resurrection of many dead bodies (see Matthew 27:52).
2. Many Souls Coming To Christ
There is a revival of good old fashioned soul-winning that is going to happen, and many will turn to Christ. It's going to be very easy to win souls. The Bible says that "he that wins souls is wise" (Proverbs 11:30).
There is great wisdom and strategy that will be released to win the lost for those who will listen in the secret place of prayer over the next several months.
And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. Daniel 12:3
There are four specific types of souls I see coming to Christ this year:
1. Political leaders and kings of nations turning to Him (see Ezekiel 32:2-3; Isaiah 38:1-5),
2. Jews and Muslims,
3. The backslider,
4. Drug dealers, prostitutes, and thieves (see Luke 7:47).
3. Many Blessings To Believers
While God has always promised the Believer blessings and increase throughout the Word of God, I see a season of many blessings. These blessings will shock even the greatest skeptic, and God will provide for His people in this hour. There is a coat of favor and blessing that the Lord is releasing to His children that all will see. A blessing that will never run out even in the most difficult of times. He will turn the little into much because of His great love!
Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colors. Genesis 37:3
I was shown four blessings that will be released specifically for the single mothers and fathers that are raising their children on their own. Your prayers and tears have not gone unnoticed by the Lord. He is going to release a great reward!
1. The Blessing of a Thousand times (see Deuteronomy 1:11)
2. Lend unto many nations and the blessing of the work of your hands (see Deuteronomy 15:6, 28:12)
3. Your food will never run out (see 1 Kings 17:15)
4. Many great gifts (see Daniel 2:48)
4. Many Deliverances
Over the past several months that we have been traveling both in the nations as well as here in America, we have been seeing an increase of demonic manifestations and deliverance taking place. We have been seeing many set free from demonic strongholds as they come into the realm of glory. I remember one specific man who had suffered with demonic voices and dreams for nearly thirty-eight years of his life.
One night, he came to the front to receive prayer for deliverance, and as we prayed, the spirit that had been tormenting him began to manifest and was cast out. Later he said that he had never felt so free in his whole life! God is into the business of deliverance. It's one of the reasons Christ went to the Cross, and I see God is going to be moving more and more in the area of deliverance in the coming days as people seek to be set free from oppression.
Jesus was a master at casting out devils. In fact, the Bible says that He cast out many devils. Some have been afraid to speak about this powerful aspect of the Gospel, but the Bible says that one of the signs of a true Believer is that they will cast out devils. Like never before we need to see people being set free from tormenting spirits that drive them to do abhorrent things to themselves as well as others. There is an anointing to drive out the demonic. Remember, the anointing does not break the yoke, it destroys it. Something that is broken can be put back together again, but if it is destroyed it can never be the same. That's what the anointing does when it comes in contact with darkness!
God is going to use media in a big way to set massive amounts of people free. I see mass deliverances taking place over the television sets as people watch outpourings and revivals that will be taking place across the nations. There will be no distance that the anointing cannot reach, and many will testify of being set free right in their homes. The four areas that I see people will be set free from on a great scale are:
1. Drugs
2. Pornography
3. Suicide and Depression
4. Anger and Hatred
5. Restitution and Restoration of Many Generations
Finally, no matter how bad it may seem the world is getting, God is raising up a people that carry the glory on the earth that will bring great restitution and restoration to all the enemy has attempted to steal over the past several generations. While there has been a great decaying of the foundational structures and moral standards across the nations, God still has a people that call upon His name. He will not forget His promise to answer them with a raising up of the standard in this generation!
So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. Isaiah 59:19
I see cities that have been desolated over the past several years from the economic downturn that will return to their former glory. There will be a restoration of great joy on the youth of the nations and a repairing of the inner cities across the land. Here are three things the Lord showed me that we will begin to see restored. No matter how dark it many seem, there is always light at the end of every tunnel. Rejoice, child of God, you are going to the other side!
1. Restitution and the raising up of foundations of many generations (see Isaiah 58:12)
2. Restoration of joy for many generations (see Isaiah 60:15)
3. Restoration and repair of the waste cities, the desolation of many generations (see Isaiah 61:4)
