Dr. Pat Francis is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Covenant Ministries and Pat Francis Ministries. She is also the CEO of several charitable organizations and enterprising companies. Dr. Pat takes the life transforming message of Jesus Christ across the world as an international speaker. Her message of hope, empowerment, self-enterprise and Kingdom dominion has impacted thousands.

She is an international humanitarian, author, recording artist and TV host with her weekly program "Good News with Pat Francis." Her charitable initiatives for providing solutions for youths and the community have been honoured with awards in both Canada and the USA. In January 2008, Dr. Pat was appointed a United Nation's NGO Representative with influence as a "Transformational Activist" dealing with humanitarian issues, systemic poverty and, in partnership with world leaders, helps children and adults at risks.

Dr. Bill Winston is a visionary leader whose mission is to empower Believers through teaching and preaching the uncompromised Word of God, and to fulfill their highest calling and change the world through Jesus Christ. Pastor Winston received his Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Friends International Christian University, and is Founder and Pastor of Living Word Christian Center, an 18,000 member church located in Forest Park, Illinois, and Tuskegee Christian Center in Tuskegee, Alabama. The church has a broad range of entities including: the Joseph Business School; Living Word School of Ministry and Missions; the Forest Park Plaza (a 32-acre shopping mall) and Washington Plaza (a shopping center in Tuskegee); Living Word Christian Academy; and many others.

Pastor Winston is also the Founder and Chairman of The Joseph Center® for Business Development, Chairman of the Board of Covenant Bank, President of New Covenant Community Development Corporation, Founder of Bill Winston Ministries (a ministry outreach that shares the Gospel through television, radio, and other media), and President and Founder of Faith Ministries Alliance (FMA), an alliance of more than 350 churches and ministries under the covering of Pastor Winston in the U.S. and overseas.

Dr. James W. Goll is the President of Encounters Network, the Director of Prayer Storm, and the Director of God Encounters Training – an eSchool of the Heart. He is a member of the Harvest International Ministries apostolic team and an instructor in the Wagner Leadership Institute. With great joy, James has shared Jesus in more than 50 nations, teaching and imparting the power of intercession, prophetic ministry, and life in the Spirit.

In the spirit of revival and reformation, James desires to facilitate unity in Body of Christ by bridge-building and networking among leaders of various streams and backgrounds. His passion is to "win for the Lamb the rewards of His suffering." Praying for Israel is a burden of his heart, as Israel fulfills her role in the consummation of the ages.

A Pastor, Principal and Businessman, Dr. Ian Lovell has a heart and passion to inspire people with the love and message of the Kingdom of God. His delivery is passionate. He trains people on how to minister in the supernatural and flows in the prophetic. Dr. Ian has an MBA from McMaster University specializing in Finance and an undergraduate degree in Biology from York University. He has also earned a Ph.D. from Kingdom Covenant Leadership Institute in Christian Leadership and Management.

As Youth Pastor of Kingdom Covenant Ministries, he has developed several youth programs for the holistic development of passionate young people as well as for at-risk youths. He now serves as the Principal of Kingdom Covenant Academy High School. He is an Author and International Conference Speaker.

Eddison Doyle has over 35 years cross-industry experience in management, finance and business operations. He has held various senior executive positions including Senior Marketing Executive, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer in major global companies such as AT&T and Lucent Technologies Canada Corp. As Lucent Technologies Canada's CFO (1998-2003), Eddison was directly responsible for revenue growth from $30 million to more than half a billion dollars. Eddison is now President and CEO of E Doyle Business Services Inc, a strategic management, consulting and accounting firm.

He consistently employs an energized, can-do management style utilizing financial analysis skills, organizational abilities, vision and tenacity. He blends motivation, leadership, creative and analytical abilities to develop and implement innovative ideas that fuels growth and positively impact bottom-line results.
