Prayer Alert: Tragic School Shooting in Connecticut, 27 Dead

(Newtown, CT)—According to news reports, there was a mass shooting in an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut on Friday. Reports state that at least 27 are dead including the shooter, and possibly 18 of those victims were children.
The shooting occurred inside a kindergarten classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary School—at this time all of those children in that classroom are “unaccounted for.”
The shooter was described as a man in his 20’s wearing black military gear, that gunman is now reported to be deceased.
Our staff is at a loss for words of how terribly sad this is. Precious little lives taken—please pray for these families of all the victims involved.
