Visitation With a True Patriot
As usual, I love to be on the worship team. I love cheering folks on to the greater good, allowing the flow of the worship to let us go further into the realm of GOD. I am amazed to watch people climb in the spirit as the worship leader takes us higher through the realms of praise. And on June 27, there was no exception. As we were "entering into a new realm" I saw something I had not seen before. I knew we had moved from transition to expectation–IT'S HERE.
The Patriot Angel
I could tangibly feel the "Presence" near, but this was different. I began to hear the song "Freedom reigns in this place, showers of mercy and grace." Then suddenly, there in sight toward the door of the sanctuary, was a HUGE angel! He had jet black hair, with a full, long braid wrapped about his head and flowing down his back. It was so long it trailed behind him several feet.
He lifted up his arms, as if to worship with us, and I saw inside of him and all around him. There were brilliant colors of red, white and blue which began to form a stripe. Over the area of his heart was the dark blue background with white stars on it as if it were the shield. He had become a visible living flag (which is also known as a national standard or banner). I knew this angel was sent in, and I began to ask the Lord, "Who was this angel. What is his purpose?" The Lord began to say that, "A new wave of patriotism will emerge and it will start in the Church. I have sent this angel to ignite you and it will find residence here."
The Church has the ability to change the course of history for history is surely being made. This angel is really a warrior and he ministers to the true patriot–us. (A patriot is a proud supporter or defender of his or her country and its way of life.) This angel will have a twofold presence–he will minister from the realms of the eternal and he will minister to the below.
After this I was taken to the eternal realm I have visited so often. That wonderful place in the heavens, His celestial palace, but this time I was in the palace gardens. I saw a garden that had a gate open. Slowly I entered in, and I saw Jesus on a bench. In the center of the garden was a large fountain with flowing water filled with the waters of the Crystal Sea. Inside the waters were diamonds, rubies, sapphires, topaz, and more. The water was praising Jesus and giving its all to create a love-offering to our Lord.
Then suddenly we were singing that old hymn, "I come to the garden alone, while the dew is still on the roses." The congregation was moving in the spirit. The song was resonating with clarity. People were worshipping. I was still in the heavenlies while fully able to understand what was happening around me.
In a flash, I was back in worship with tears streaming down my face. I was singing, "He walks with me and He talks with me." Then I saw the angel again. He was standing at the door as if he was a gatekeeper, but he wasn't. He was a watcher now. He knew where we were headed. He had a mission and he was ministering to us.
"Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?" (Hebrews 1:14). He was there to remind us that we need to "Put on the full armor of God" (Ephesians 6:10-18). We need to "wrap it in a cloak of zeal" (Isaiah 59:17). We needed to know the weighty Glory of God.
Cover the Nations
Our praise and worship leader saw a huge blue bird. Instantly I saw it as well, and this bird was carrying a bucket of white paint. It began to drop this paint across the land. More birds came carrying cans filled with color to cover the nation with the eternal colors of God as described in Revelation 21–the colors of the living stones.
As I peered into the realm I pressed in and saw, "MERCY, MERCY, MERCY" written on each can, and now it was taking two birds to carry these large containers of mercy. The load was great. Then more birds came and I watched them also drop the containers of mercy in various places. They began to POUR OUT on Maine, New Hampshire, Colorado, Oklahoma, Portland, Oregon, Tennessee, Kansas, Atlanta, Georgia, Chicago, Delaware, Minnesota–crossing back and forth across the nation covering the nation's borders and capitols. I saw the birds fly to the outskirts of China and all over Northern Africa. I saw Thailand and I saw the Philippines. I saw Rome and I saw England. When I saw England I saw the Patriot Angel wave once again. It too had the colors of Red, White and Blue. I took immense peace in this for I knew an ally was FIRMLY ESTABLISHED. A message came from the Lord, as I sensed the Lord was giving mercy to our friends and to those who may not be. It's HIS mercy to give, not ours. We partake in the pleasure of His doings.
"Arise Church, Arise"
I then saw the angel again and this time he was waving himself as if he had become the banner. Brilliant color flashed before my eyes. America, the Church of America, YOU must arise and take your place. The angel was beckoning me to come closer. As I did I felt my heart explode with great pride of a nation who has fed the world and traveled the universe. I sensed an arrow of darkness wanting to collide with the banner of righteousness, and an unease was moving across the people. I began to minister from that place of eternal solitude and glory. It's not about politics. It's about truth. It's all about saying what is in the written Word. Weeping, I sang, "He walks with me and He talks with me and He tells me I am His own."
God began speaking, "People of God Listen carefully and understand with a heart of love–fearing the Lord, loving your brother. Keep this law. The days you are about to enter will be a challenge ahead, BUT I, yes, BUT I, will deliver you from all afflictions for they are but only a moment (2 Corinthians 4:17).
"Arise and pray. Arise and declare the works of My being. Arise and show the gift I have given you. Arise Church, you are entering into a GREAT HOUR. YOU can change the course of history. I have sent you help. I will let you take pride in your nation, for I am calling for the Patriot to arise! Use your voice like a trumpet. Cry aloud, and spare NOT. I give you this (Isaiah 58:1). Arise Church arise, wave your banners, hoist up the flag. Remember this–rally your troops in prayer and in action, for I will meet you. I am cheering you on for the WIN!" says the Lord.
