Georgian Banov, Heidi Baker in Houston

Georgian and Winnie "CoCo" Banov, lovingly referred to as the "Joy Apostles," are a radical team with a powerful message. Boldly declaring the finished work of the Cross they minister freedom, joy, supernatural healings and wholeness.

Georgian was born in communist Bulgaria. As a teenager, he was a founding member of the first official rock 'n roll band in the country. He escaped the iron curtain and was mightily saved after coming to the United States. It was during the tail end of the "Jesus Movement" in 1974 that he had a powerful encounter with Christ in Southern California. Soon after getting saved, he became a leader of a contemporary Christian band called, "Silverwind" in the 1980's. He was also the co-writer and co-producer of famous children classics, such as "Music Machine" and "Bullfrogs and Butterflies," which sold over 3.5 million, copies worldwide and earned Grammy & Dove Awards.

The Banovs travel extensively, holding apostolic renewal meetings and conferences worldwide. Charged with a heart of compassion for the poorest of the poor, they also host lavish evangelistic feeding crusades throughout the third world.

Heidi Baker was ready to call it quits until she received a sudden life-changing touch from God. In 1995, Heidi and her husband, Rolland, arrived in Mozambique, the poorest country in the world, and took over a horribly dilapidated and neglected orphanage with eighty children with no promised support. Today, they provide for 10,000 children daily. They also planted a church, which has spread like fire throughout the neighboring countries. There are currently over 10,000 churches and still growing! According to many church historians, this is one of the greatest church-plant movements in the history of the Church. James Maloney has been in full-time ministry for over thirty years, traveling extensively across the United States and abroad in more than 40 countries, averaging 250-300 services yearly. James holds a D.D., a Th.D. and a Ph.D. He has taught for over twenty years in several Bible schools, including Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, and Kingdom Faith Training College in Horsham, England. Dr. Maloney is the president of The ACTS Group International (AGI), an apostolic network that provides peer-level accountability and mentoring to this generation of ministers, and the next, who are eager to see a fuller release of the miraculous power of the Lord Jesus Christ by hosting teams in overseas crusades and conferences.

Kevin Dedmon has been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years and has a B.A. in Biblical Studies and a M.A. degree in Church Leadership from Vanguard University. Kevin conducts Supernatural Lifestyle Conferences in which people are equipped, empowered, and activated in miracles, healing, the prophetic, and evangelism as a normal lifestyle of the Believer. Kevin also speaks at conferences and churches worldwide, focusing on healing and supernatural evangelism. Chad Dedmon and his wife, Julia, are ordained ministers of the Gospel through Iris Ministries and Bethel Church. They have been married five years and have pursued growing together in the Lord. Chad and Julia have both graduated from the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA at Bethel Church. Chad has appeared on the 700 Club, Sid Roth "It's Supernatural" and in Charisma Magazine. He is a dynamic and catalytic speaker and leader and has had experience serving on staff as a youth pastor for 3 years in the Southern California area.
