Divine Confirmation As I prayed for the month of September, the Holy Spirit reminded me that this is a month of rebuilding, restoration, dedication, and completion. What was delayed through accusation is now about to be rebuilt out of the royal treasury of Heaven. Just as in the days of Ezra, when King Darius issued his decree, God's people will experience a divine confirmation of His promises, supernatural provision to carry them forward, and unstoppable progress in the work of the Lord. Darius' Decree: "Let the Temple be rebuilt on the site where Jews used to offer their sacrifices, using the original foundations... Furthermore, the gold and silver cups, which were taken to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar from the Temple of God in Jerusalem, must be returned to Jerusalem and put back where they belong. Let them be taken back to the Temple of God... "Now therefore, Tattenai, governor of the province west of the Euphrates River, and Shethar-bozenai, and your colleagues and other officials west of the Euphrates River—stay away from there! Do not disturb the construction of the Temple of God. Let it be rebuilt on its original site, and do not hinder the governor of Judah and the elders of the Jews in their work. "Moreover, I hereby decree that you are to help these elders of the Jews as they rebuild this Temple of God. You must pay the full construction costs, without delay, from my taxes collected in the province west of the Euphrates River so that the work will not be interrupted. "Give the priests in Jerusalem whatever is needed in the way of young bulls, rams, and male lambs for the burnt offerings presented to the God of Heaven. And without fail, provide them with as much wheat, salt, wine, and olive oil as they need each day. Then they will be able to offer acceptable sacrifices to the God of Heaven and pray for the welfare of the king and his sons. "Those who violate this decree in any way will have a beam pulled from their house. Then they will be lifted up and impaled on it, and their house will be reduced to a pile of rubble. May the God who has chosen the city of Jerusalem as the place to honor His name destroy any king or nation that violates this command and destroys this Temple. "I, Darius, have issued this decree. Let it be obeyed with all diligence." (Ezra 6:3, 5–12 NLT) The Accusations of the Enemy Will Fall to the Ground
The Prophetic: Fuel for Your Assignment In Ezra's day, when the work of rebuilding began to stall, the prophets Haggai and Zechariah rose up and began to prophesy. Their voices stirred faith, encouraged the builders, and released new strength so that even when opposition came again, the people were not dismayed. They refused to stop. This is what the Spirit is doing in September: prophecy will stir within your spirit and release fresh courage to build again. The prophetic word is fuel for your assignment, and as you receive it, you will have the strength to complete what was once delayed. The prophets declared, "Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of hosts" (Zechariah 4:6 ESV). To those who were fearful, God promised, "I will be a wall of fire around [you], and I will be the glory within [you]" (Zechariah 2:5 HCSB, brackets mine). Through Haggai He spoke: "Take courage, all you people of the land, says the LORD; work, for I am with you, says the LORD of hosts... My Spirit abides among you; do not fear." (Haggai 2:4–5 NRSV). These same words echo now. September is the time to release prophetic declarations over your life, your family, your ministry, and your destiny. Restoration and Divine Upgrade When the accusations reached King Darius, instead of siding with the enemies, he ordered an investigation. The royal archives were searched, and the scroll of Cyrus' original decree was found, proving that the Jews were acting in obedience, not rebellion. This is a prophetic reminder that obedience to God can sometimes attract opposition, but Heaven always confirms the decree of the Lord. In due time, the truth is revealed, and the very opposition that sought to stop you becomes the occasion for God to elevate His promise in your life. Darius not only confirmed Cyrus' decree, he took it to a higher level. While Cyrus allowed the people to ask their neighbors for articles of silver and gold, Darius decreed that the rebuilding itself would be financed from the royal treasury. He restored all the stolen articles of silver and gold which Nebuchadnezzar had taken, and he commanded the enemies to stay away. What began with permission ended with provision. What began with borrowed resources ended with the abundance of the king's house. This was not just restoration; it was divine upgrade. September: A Season to Rise, Build, and See the Promises of God Established September carries this same prophetic weight. It is a month where accusations are broken, where truth is confirmed, and where the resources of Heaven are released. It is a time when what was stopped will now be rebuilt, what was stolen will be restored, and what was delayed will finally be completed. God Himself is supplying what you need out of His treasury, and He is commanding the enemy to stand aside so that nothing interferes with His work in you. Beloved, this is your season to rise, to build, and to see the promises of God established. The temple of your destiny will be rebuilt from the royal treasury, and the glory of the latter will be greater than the former. "I Will Rebuild You with Precious Jewels"
God was not promising to rebuild with ordinary material like brick and mortar, but with precious stones of glory and beauty. This is His promise for you in September. He is not just restoring you to where you were before; He is rebuilding you with jewels. He is adorning your life with His beauty, strengthening your foundation, and setting you apart as a living testimony of His glory. This September, accusations are being silenced, prophecy is being stirred, provision is being released, and God Himself is rebuilding His people. And not with the ordinary, but with the extraordinary. Not with brick, but with jewels. Not by might, not by power, but by His Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). Rebuilt from the Royal Treasury You have been saying, "Lord, I am tired, battered, and worn out." You have cried, "Do You not see the accusation? Do You not hear the slander?" You have whispered, "Lord, this is not the time to build. I am beyond repair. I feel so torn down." But the Lord says, "I do not see as man sees. For I have decreed that now is the time to rebuild, to complete, and to dedicate. The accusations against you are being burned, for the scroll concerning you has been found in the royal archives. The decrees concerning you will be fulfilled. Great favor I will give to you—great favor. "This is the month to take courage, for I am with you and My Spirit abides in you. For it is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit," says the Lord. "I will rebuild you, not with bricks or mortar, but with precious jewels. The building material is coming directly from Heaven's royal treasury. I will not only build you, but I will restore to you what was lost. For the silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine. I will build you with precious jewels, and your gates will be adorned with sparkling rubies. I will mark you with wisdom and restore honor to you. "Do not fear the shaking, for the treasures of darkness will be brought to you. This is My promise to you: I will rebuild you with precious stones, and the glory of the latter house will far exceed the glory of the former house. This is a season to enter into perfect trust, to rest, for you will see the best version of yourself. For I, the Master Builder, will do this," says the Lord.

When the decree of Darius was announced, the people rejoiced and began to build again. Although the moment they started, opposition arose. False accusations and lies were spoken against them, designed to halt the work and bring discouragement. In the same way, accusations may have stood against you, twisting truth and trying to delay what God decreed. But the Lord is breaking those lies. After I finished reading Ezra 6, I heard the Holy Spirit whisper, "I will rebuild you with precious jewels." Immediately I knew this was in the Word, and the Spirit led me to Isaiah 54. There, the prophet speaks to Jerusalem after their exile, after their storms, after their brokenness: "O storm-battered city, troubled and desolate! I will rebuild you with precious jewels and make your foundations from lapis lazuli. I will make your towers of sparkling rubies, your gates of shining gems, and your walls of precious stones" (Isaiah 54:11–12 NLT). (Photo via StockCake)
