Andrew Whalen: The Spirit of Justice & the Red Dot Army

We encourage our readers to consider them prayerfully and watch Andrew's interview here for full context.] Taking Out the Head (The following dream and interpretation were shared on July 17, 2025, on an ElijahStreams episode titled "The Angel of Death Against the Deep State." Andrew felt it was important to share this dream again.) Dream received on July 11, 2025: In the dream, I saw a bus hauling workers who were hired for pay to do whatever work "the boss" needed. I realized this bus was not headed to do anything I felt good about, and so I jumped out of it. Then I headed into a large building. I went to get Johnny Enlow, who lived on the fifth floor, and then we headed up to the sixth floor. I realized, at that point, that the bus of workers had been hired to be a gang of security on the sixth floor. An informant told me that they are there to protect an "elite pedo ring" on the sixth floor. When he said this, I saw the symbols for "pedo." Next, I saw that Johnny and I were going to target and take down this operation. We had small, black, handheld weapons that looked more like phones or tape recorders, but they had red lasers like rifles. When we aimed and shot, we were incredibly accurate and effective. And, also, when we took aim, somehow we saw several other lasers pointing and aiming with us, as if we had a team of armed soldiers behind us [a red dot army]. The dream ended as a large man thought he had caught Johnny and I, because he didn't think our phones/recorders were weapons. Johnny and I put them up to the man's head at point-blank range and shot, and this man's head exploded. Blood began to pour out from his body. End of dream. Pondering the dream, I sensed the Lord say that Johnny and I using our phone/recorders as weapons had to do with the weapon of messaging that can recruit and activate an army by shifting the narrative from one of shrinking back to one of overcoming evil with good—targeting darkness wherever it's found!
The large man and his head, I feel, have to do with the head of the beast—a principality/power that has built this empire of perversion in which the so-called "elites" of the world have trafficked in. To see the blood spill from this "boss" is to see the life/power drain from this demonic beast/system. I believe the enemy, in his arrogance and pride, has underestimated the power of a message that calls people to advance, occupy, and destroy the works of the devil. (To read the full article, click here.) The God Who Sees I believe as people are awakening to this horrific reality of child and human trafficking, they are going to be anointed to hunt it down. For the Church, it's time we begin to aim our sights on where it's happening in our backyards. Prophetic companies are going to rise and take aim at this abomination that is happening. No one [perpetrator/ offender] is safe from being seen anymore! God is going to anoint the Church to see wherever this evil is taking place. As we pray, angels will be released to rescue and expose. Appropriate law enforcement will be mobilized to deal with these crimes. It's time for this beast power to be targeted and dealt with by the Church! God sees those in distress and is El Roi (the God who sees). "She gave this name to the LORD who spoke to her: 'You are the God who sees me,' for she said, 'I have now seen the One who sees me.'" (Genesis 16:13 NIV) The Prophetic Call and the Spirit of Justice Dream received on March 1, 2025: In my dream, I was seeing someone with the name Mark Taylor (who I now realize is a prophet who wrote a book called "The Trump Prophecies"). In the dream, his face became the face of Victor Marx—a man of God who literally raises up teams to hunt down pedophiles and human traffickers, and to rescue children. At first, this man with the name "Mark Taylor" and the face of Victor Marx didn't know me well, so I went to sit in his office for a while to get to know him. For some reason, he was a physical therapist and was doing a check up on me. He determined by looking into my eyes that I could be trusted and said, "I will now work out your shoulder muscles." He did a very deep and thorough massage with his hands on my shoulders, gave me his phone number, and then the dream ended.
The name "Mark" means "warlike." The name "Taylor" means "to cut" and "one who shapes and molds." The name "Victor" means "victorious conqueror." The name "Marx" comes from the name "Mark," which, again, means "warlike." This is a perfect opportunity to let you know publicly that I believe men in the Church (especially in leadership positions) who have sexually abused girls or women, or in some cases even boys, should receive the same kind of public call-out as perverts and cowards! I thank God for Victor Marx for standing up like a man and a father! To be honest, maybe the reason why our streets are filled with perverts and predators who have no fear of God is because men, especially "men of God"—who should be the first to rise up for the weaker, defenseless, and helpless—have too often become the predator instead of the protector, themselves! We need a revolution in the Church, especially in masculinity! The "Red Dot Army" [see the above dream from July 11, 2025] has a mentality to protect—to find and neutralize the harmful threat of predators, perverts, and traffickers! Jesus gave a warning against the harming of children: "But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea" (Mark 9:42 BSB). "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." (Ephesians 5:11 NIV) "BAL-LOC" Dream received on July 29, 2025: In my dream, I was going to get into a truck that was a special business/operation. The business logo was a green home with white wind surrounding it. The name of the company was "BAL-LOC." In the dream, when I saw the name of the company I was going to be working with, I knew that it was specifically created to search and destroy the Baal altars in homes by taking down pedo, child abuse, and trafficking rings. BAL is "Baal," and LOC is "locus" or "location." It is where Baal is located.
The Red Dot Army is a threat to Jezebel's witchcraft and seductions, and to the altars of Baal and Molech! I heard the Lord say, "Jezebel is the portal to Baal. The spirit of Jezebel, its witchcrafts and seductions, opens the gate to the altars of Baal." (Photo via Unsplash) "However, Ahab son of Omri did evil in the sight of the LORD, more than all who were before him. And as if it were not enough for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat, he even married Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and he then proceeded to serve and worship Baal." (1 Kings 16:30–31 BSB) The altars of Baal are marked by the rituals of sexual perversion and child and human sacrifice. "So, I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways." (Revelation 2:22 NIV) Someone I know dearly was sexually abused (raped) as a young girl by a man who was in a position of trust and was an extended family member. She was threatened not to tell about the abuse for many years, and it deeply affected her. Years later, I found out about what happened and who the man was. I remember watching him die from a horrific disease. The doctors had to castrate him to help extend his life. At that time, I knew that he had committed those heinous acts against this precious girl, and though I prayed for mercy for his soul, I wondered if this was a severe judgment against him. I heard the Lord say, "Yes, and all who serve in Jezebel's order to harm children are made eunuchs and suffer on her bed of sickness." Decree I decree that the Red Dot Army is rising. The prophetic anointing and the spirit of justice is being fitted and worked into the governing call of the Ekklesia by the power of the Holy Spirit. I declare that the Church is rising with eyes to see behind veils, behind walls, behind closed doors! I declare that the light is green on the overthrow of Baal's altars and Jezebel's control! I declare that the fire of God is restoring the grace of Psalm 82:3 to "defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; uphold the rights of the afflicted and oppressed" (BSB). Let the army of God arise and the wicked be warned, in Jesus' name!

I woke up and heard the Spirit of the Lord say, "Mark Taylor is a prophet, and Victor Marx is a justice warrior. I'm bringing the prophetic call and the spirit of justice to the government of the Church. They are going to wear My cloak of zeal to take aim at all human and child trafficking and strike the mark! I also knew that the green house meant that it's "go time" for the Church to search and destroy the altars of Baal! And the white wind is the Spirit of God going with us and revealing this to us!
