But one day, a Planned Parenthood escort got in his young son's face, ridiculing him and his father in vulgar and aggressive ways.
Mark defended his son and himself against the escort, after having repeatedly asked him to stop the abuse.
The escort then wanted Mark prosecuted for assault and battery, despite Mark acting of self-defense and defense of his son, but the State Courts in Philadelphia threw out the case.
Instead of the matter ending there, Joe Biden's Department of Justice charged Mark with violating the federal FACE Act...and now this courageous pro-life hero faces up to eleven years in federal prison for advocating for life and for defending his family.
We're pulling out all the stops to make sure the DOJ and the abortion clinic escort who are trying to destroy Mark and his family don't get away with this.
