"The Elevator of God's Favor in 2020"

A Year of Great Opportunity

Habakkuk 2:14, "For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the seas."

2020 is going to be an amazing year of great opportunities for the Kingdom of God. There will be an exponential increase in the glory of God for those who pursue it.

Isaiah 56:7, "Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer..."

Be intentional in focusing on God's glory knowing that you play an intimate role in ushering the glory into the earth – even through your worship, intercession and engagement in activities related to spreading the light of His presence to people. Don't underestimate the power of just affecting one life. Many people tend to focus on the multitude and, while waiting, miss the opportunity set before them. Make it your aim that wherever you are you will be a conduit of the glory of His presence.

A Year of Promotion, Favor and Blessing

Psalms 5:11-12, "But let all those rejoice who put their trust in You; let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them; let those also who love Your name be joyful in You. For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield."

2020 will be a year of promotions, favor and blessing. As you are faithful, God will be opening up new doors of double blessing, as this is a double year. There will be plenty in 2020. Get ready for God's elevator to take you to a new place, higher than what you've never experienced before – get a vision for it.

Hebrews 11:6, "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him."

He will reward your pursuit of Him for He is the Rewarder. What is the place that God has prepared for you? Come into the realization of what "your place" is. It may be a new place. When you find your place, it will open up His double doors and put you on the elevator of God's favor! Seek the Lord to discover this place and watch Him pour out a new thing in your life in ways you've never known.

Plenty in 2020

There will be plenty of opportunity, provision, grace and harvest! This is a time of harvest. It is plentiful.

Psalms 34:10, "...[T]hose who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing."

Matthew 9:37, "Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.'"

My wife, Brandi, recently had a vision where she saw every house where we live in OKC turn into a stalk of cotton. Then the Lord spoke saying, "The harvest is everywhere." The harvest is abundant and ready to be reaped. People are looking and searching but don't know what it is they really need – the living Jesus.

Fresh Glory, Synergy and Growth

Position yourself to receive fresh anointing and fresh glory in 2020. Find those you can unify with in 2020 to receive double glory on your life! Understand the importance of glory in your life, find those who also understand and unify with them to press in for more.

Psalm 133:

"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brethren to dwell together in unity!
It is like the precious oil upon the head,
Running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron,
Running down on the edge of his garments.
It is like the dew of Hermon,
Descending upon the mountains of Zion;
For there the Lord commanded the blessing –
Life forevermore."

This is the year for Psalm 133, where you find those who you can dwell with in a higher level of unity, experiencing and releasing the greater power and glory of His presence. It may begin as something small, but as momentum increases it will grow into something significant that has greater glory impact.

Don't just pray for revival, be revival! Realize that revival is the Holy Spirit manifested in your life as you are the temple of His Spirit, even His glory.

Isaiah 60:1-3:

"Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
And deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.
The Gentiles shall come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising."

His glory is light. We are people of the light. Take time to meditate and understand what His glory and light is all about in this new year. His glory is light. They are one and the same.

Breaking the Bondage of Religiosity

Philippians 3:2-3, "Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the mutilation! For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh."

Break the idols of religiosity. Get out of the box of the predictable and be delivered of spiritual stagnation, dryness and boredom. If you confine yourself to a religious box you cannot expect much to happen. God is unpredictable, outside of the box, and is often offensive to the natural mind. Make necessary changes, delivering yourself from the robotics of religion, and find true freedom in Christ that delights in the Lord and His truth and enjoys the communion of His Holy Spirit.

A spirit of heaviness is not your portion, but lightness and joy. Position yourself to live in a place of breakthrough, growth and increase. Find life in legit Holy Spirit community. Don't sit, settle and sour but discover the new place that God has for you where you can run, rise and enjoy the sweetness of His presence in 2020!
