May 12, 2007 Bill Yount: "THE YEAR OF THE PRISON BREAKER ANOINTING--MANY JOSEPHS ARE BEING SUMMONED BY THE KING!" Psalm 105:20 "The king sent and loosed Joseph from prison and let him go free." Recently I was invited into a prison to teach about the shofar and, of course, to blow it. The educational department invited me, which is very rare, for it is difficult to get into prisons unless a chaplain invites you. But since it is the year of the shofar, I was not surprised at the invitation from the educational department for the prisoners to learn more about them. As I taught and explained what I sensed the purpose of the blowing represented for that night, I felt expectation rising in the classroom, and I also saw it on the face of the administrator who had invited me. At the end of the teaching, I explained how the breath of God is released as the shofar is blown. Of course they wanted me to blow it, but did they, or even I, realize what was about to happen in the Spirit throughout that prison and even other prisons far and near? As they stood to their feet with great expectancy, the blowing of the shofar sounded like a piercing blast of victory, penetrating deep into the prison cells and ringing throughout the corridors, proclaiming liberty to all the captives in the prison house! Some prison guards said they heard a siren going off. Others just stood wondering, "What was that all about?" I sensed the Father above nodding His head in agreement as though confirming the sound with "Yes, that will do it!" MANY PRISONS WILL COME UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN OPEN HEAVEN IN 2007 In the Spirit as the shofar sounded, I immediately saw a Jacob's ladder being extended down inside of many prisons and jails with angels ascending and descending. The angels rushed upon prison walls as though they were hitting the ground running, carrying Kingly messages of favor, promotion and unusual visitations to many prisoners. God's breath going into the prisons would bring conviction falling like rain to the prisons, causing prisoners to cry out with repentance and Godly sorrow for their sins and sins they had committed against others. Forgiveness flowed toward lawyers, judges and prison authorities whom they thought had wronged them. Grace was abounding now. EARLY PAROLES WERE TAKING PLACE AS ANGELS WITH SWORDS WERE CUTTING TIME DOWN FOR SOME PRISONERS I saw angels with swords drawn ready to cut time for some prisoners. Some prisoners who were willing to stay right where they were to be a light in the darkness and who felt they were not quite ready for the street, seemed to attract these flashing swords towards their lengthy sentences. God knew their hearts, and perhaps those who felt they would never make it on the street would be the ones who would make it. They would have to lean hard on Him, and He would be their strength for the outside world. Some who seemed so confident and thought they could set the world on fire caused the angels to back off and put their swords in their sheathes. Many who thought they were ready for the outside world really weren't, and those who thought they weren't ready, really were in the eyes of the Lord, for His strength would be made perfect in their weakness. SOME PRISON FILES AND RECORDS WILL STRANGELY DISAPPEAR THIS COMING YEAR--I SAW ANGELS SNOOPING INTO FILING CABINETS In the Spirit I could overhear some prison wardens and officials discussing some of the prisoners' destinies who were doomed with lengthy sentences, saying, "How can this be? Where are those records and files? Without that record or file there is not enough evidence to keep him here! He will walk out the front gate a free man!" THE GLORY OF GOD WILL BE SEEN ON DEATH ROW 2 Corinthians 1:9-10 "But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raises the dead. Who delivered us from so great a death and doth deliver: in whom we trust that He will yet deliver us." Death row angels were descending to interfere in the affairs of men and women and the death assignments over them. Some angels were present to stay the hand of death, while other angels were present to welcome others into the presence of Jesus. Those who knew the Lord began to shine brighter and brighter on their countenance as the moment of death drew near. Like Stephen, the Glory of God was radiating from their faces, as they could see Jesus standing at the Father's right hand! Oh what glory! They never seemed like they were tasting death at all! They were just going home where they belonged. Some guards were weeping and finding life as these were walking through the valley of the shadow of death, never stopping until they reached home. Matthew 4:16 "The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up." Let's remember that much of the New Testament was written from a prison cell by Apostle Paul. From prison, Joseph was launched into the palace. The Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the second time while he was still shut up in prison. John, while he was a prisoner on the aisle of Patmos, received the greatest revelation of Jesus Christ--the book of Revelation. God is coming back to shake the prisons one more time!
