Cheryl Amabile: "The Final Thrust of 2020"

As the founder of THE ELIJAH LIST, it seems important for me to "connect the dots" for our readers and to send a clear "trumpet sound."

So here it is:

• Fasting is of the Lord.
• Celebration is also of the Lord.

I'm saying the above because God is NOT a one-size-fits-all God. What do I mean?

He weeps with those who weep and He mourns with those who mourn. We know He does this because He told US to do the same and we are made in His "likeness."

Being made in God's "likeness" means that whatever is called for by God...FOR US...FOR ME...that I will do. That I MUST do.

This, below, is specifically a call to fast and it's a good one. It's CRUCIAL for YOU to fast if God is calling you to do that.

For others, such as Kat Kerr, God told them to celebrate.

We MUST do what we are called to do. And only God can tell YOU what YOU must do.

So on this call to fast, I'm saying to you: If God says for you to FAST, then you MUST OBEY. You must fast.

And in like manner, if God tells you to celebrate His victory, YOU TOO MUST OBEY. You MUST CELEBRATE.

God is looking for obedience. Do what you're called to do. SIMPLY obey God and it WILL go well with you.

"In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled." (Daniel 10:2-3)

All year long we have been dreaming about Daniel whose life of consecration and intercession is, we believe, a prototype for this end-time generation. Several of these key dreams have been published in previous Briefings, but their significance is pressing upon us now with fresh understanding and application.

This clarity of revelation, along with the weight of our nation's current circumstances, has led us to call a 21-day Daniel Fast starting December 1st through the 21st. We urge you to review the dreams below and consider joining us in this end-of-the-year fast, which could literally shift history.

Dreams & Blueprints for This Season

Back in March, at the start of our 40-day fast, we received a dream in which we were to take our seats in a classroom. Our course was titled "The Art of War" and our textbook was Daniel 9 and 10. One of the takeaways from this dream was: "We can't go into spiritual warfare half-hearted in our prayers and fasting. We must be in it to win and not stop short."

This message was also emphasized in two other dreams that Chris Berglund had earlier this year. In one of these dreams, Chris encountered an aged man who was full of wisdom and light. This man poured out a king's goblet full of water onto a barren and dry garden. Immediately the garden produced all kinds of fruits and vegetables. Then in the dream he said, "Take and eat for the journey is not over, nor is the destination reached." He continued by saying, "Those who hear and see are invited to partake of this garden until the light shines and full deliverance comes." As the man turned to leave, Chris asked his name, at which he replied, "God is my judge, as He is yours." Then he disappeared. In Hebrew, the name Daniel actually means "God is my judge."

In another two-part dream, Chris Berglund was on the senior football team walking down a road at the beginning of a new season. All these younger kids, also dressed in football uniforms, were lining the street and cheering on the seniors as they came through. Then someone was handing out their uniform jerseys. They gave Chris jersey #21, which was not his real number back in high school. When he questioned them about it they said, "You're 21 this year."

Then, the scene switched and Chris saw Lou Engle and our team in the arrowhead-shaped prayer room that we used to have in Washington, DC. As we looked out the windows facing the Supreme Court, Lou declared, "Life, liberty and we're going to pursue justices." (Chris knew he meant Supreme Court justices, but also multiple justice issues.) Then Lou said, "We need 20/20 revelation like Daniel had. We're going to go through The Send. We're going to go through the elections. We're going to go through the end of the year like Daniel!" (Photo of Lou Engle)

When we first received these dreams, we didn't know that we would enter the holiday season with the elections still hanging in the balance. However, with multiple lawsuits over alleged voter fraud still pending or awaiting appeal, with the Electoral College meeting on December 14th, and the decisive Senate race in Georgia taking place just a few weeks after that, it's no wonder we were told ahead of time that we would have to keep going.

We believe this last dream was given to us as a blueprint for 2020. It showed that for the sake of life, liberty and justices, we would have to pray through this whole year – not just to the elections, but through the elections and through the end of the year.

We believe the final thrust of 2020 is now this 21-day Daniel Fast.

Let us be encouraged by the prophet Daniel who, at the age of about 83, shifted an entire empire through governmental legislation in the spirit over Cyrus, the Prince of Persia, while impacting powers and principalities in the heavenly realms.

Interestingly, Jeremiah Johnson prophesied to Lou Engle that though he has for years mobilized the Nazirite "long-hairs" of the youth, he was going to be calling on the "grey hairs," the older generation (like Daniel), who would rise up to save the nation and end abortion. Considering Chris' dream with the football jersey, Lou believes the Lord is saying that the younger generation is watching as the seniors lead the way into these 21 days of fasting and prayer.

Key Prayer Points

Would you join us now, young and old, as we pray and fast for the following key prayer points?

1. Secure the Judges: As these court cases challenge the integrity of the election process in multiple states, pray for justice and pray for the Supreme Court justices who may end up making the ultimate decisions regarding these elections. We need to be cutting off witchcraft and wicked influence over the court as we pray for Heaven's influence over these justices. (Photo via Flickr)

It is also important that we be praying, "God, bring Your case to court" on behalf of abortion. In a few years, Roe v. Wade could be overturned.

2. Secure the Senate: Right now the run-off race in Georgia on January 5th will be the determining factor in whether or not Republicans retain the majority in the Senate. As we all know, whoever holds the majority will hold the key for any Supreme Court confirmations over the next four years as well the passing of new legislation.

We've received two recent dreams highlighting the intense witchcraft that is being focused on Georgia because of the significance of these elections. Let's persevere and secure these two senate seats for "life, liberty, and the pursuit of justices."

3. Breakthrough for President Trump: If former Vice President Joe Biden was to serve as president of the United States, he aims to stack the court, to reverse President Trump's policies against the funding of global abortions, and to move towards the hope of rejoining the Iran nuclear deal, which puts Israel's future at risk. To the contrary, we have been shown that God has ordained these to be "Trump Truman Times."

For the sake of Israel, for the sake of the unborn, let's intercede for the destruction of everything that stands in opposition to God's timing and His purposes for President Trump and this nation.
