Today, on April 28 at sunset, the nation of Israel turns 72. What a day in history when in 1948, after more than two millennia, Israel became a nation again. Much of the Church at large still hasn't processed that the faulty "replacement theology" of that day needs to be replaced by the obvious fulfillment of biblical prophecy regarding natural Israel. We may have some joint promises and covenants, but natural Israel surely can't be replaced in that processing. As Paul said in Romans 9: 4-5:
"...the people of Israel. THEIRS is the adoption as sons; THEIRS the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship, and the promises. THEIRS are the patriarchs, and FROM THEM is traced the HUMAN ANCESTRY OF CHRIST, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen" (emphasis mine). Doesn't sound like "replacement" does it? Worth a longer post I know.
Significance of 72
Luke 10:1, "After this the Lord appointed another 72 others and sent them two by two ahead of Him to every town and place where He was about to go."
Jesus had already sent out the 12 in Luke 9:1-2. Now in chapter 10, He was sending an additional 72, fully empowered, to "heal the sick" (verse 9). I believe the extended commissioning that Jesus did then is to be applied for us now at Israel's 72nd birthday.
Three key phrases apply from Luke 10:
1) "The harvest is plentiful" (verse 2).
2) "The Kingdom of God is near you" (verse 9).
3) "I saw satan fall like lightning" (verse 18).
This season of being "paused and reset" is to now shift into "harvest thinking" for all Believers. This means a harvest of souls, and at this time especially, a harvest of nations. The laborers have been particularly "few" on the latter. As we come bringing healing for individuals and healing for nations (Rev. 22:2), we say "the Kingdom of God is near you."
The King and His way of doing things will heal your nations. Verse 18 tells us that Jesus sees "satan fall like lightning" as the extended Body of Christ, beyond the "ministerial" 12, becomes activated in the harvest. This is now the new marching orders for all. EVERY place we will go, HE is "about to go."
Benjamin: Son of My Right Hand
Israel has been marked by the most contentious election process in its history. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has survived three consecutive elections with no majority mandate to remain in power and is now in an apparent sharing and rotating role. The man who has been the great challenger is Benny Gantz. No matter how this plays out, for the foreseeable future Israel will be run by a man named Benjamin. Both Benjamins are experienced combatants and men of war.
When the first Benjamin was born, his mother knew she was passing away and named him Benoni, meaning "son of my sorrow." Jacob was not willing to be left with that take on his son's present and future, and instead named him Benjamin, meaning "son of my right hand." Throughout Scripture, the right hand, especially of God, was always seen as a hand of power and deliverance.
The song Israel sang after crossing the Red Sea in the original Passover said, "Your RIGHT HAND, O LORD, has become glorious in power; Your RIGHT HAND, O LORD, has dashed the enemy in pieces" (Exodus 15:6). It is also worth noting that in Isaiah 45:1, regarding "the Cyrus anointing," it says, "This is what the Lord says to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose RIGHT HAND I take hold of to subdue nations before him…"
We are in a time where God is exerting His "right hand" of deliverance upon the face of the earth, and even His covenant nation, Israel, is reflecting that reality at this time in who rules.
Benjamin's Dream
Many of you have heard of the 7-year-old named "Benjamin" who, for 7 consecutive nights, had a most relevant prophetic dream for us today (Will and Dehavilland Ford's son). In the dream, he saw "a tall, green plant with a crown" squeezing the life out of the world and getting new tentacles and strength as he did. Then the Lord appeared as a Lamb's body with a Lion's Face and shredded the crowned plant. Benjamin then saw on a screen, "This ends April 30." The last 3 or 4 nights of the dream, the "crowned plant" was progressively smaller and weaker. Every dream ended with the words "This ends April 30." The Passover Lamb is also the Lion of the Tribe of Judah and this is the "face" He is now revealing to us and to society.
Shattering the Crowned Virus
Benjamin's dream is such significant revelation that it can't be ignored or thought of passively. It is very intentional that God gave this dream to a boy named Benjamin. It is a dream of God's "right hand" of power coming to shatter the enemy. It is significant that he is 7 years old and that he had the dream 7 times. 7 is the number of fulfillment and completion. 7 times around the walls of Jericho and the walls came tumbling down. Benjamin didn't know that the word "corona" in coronavirus means "crown," though he knew that is what it represented. He has been praying daily against it as his spirit knows his generation was not destined to be a depression generation. His father (Will Ford) revealed to him that the crowned virus of fear and death is being shattered.
April 30: John 4:30 and Acts 4:30
I believe the April 30 day is to be looked at as our definitive "Exodus" from this manufactured yet intercepted and co-opted by God "pandemic." The two Scriptures listed give us instruction and marching orders:
• "They came out of the town and made their way toward Him" (John 4:30).
• "Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus" (Acts 4:30).
In the first passage, Jesus has ministered to the woman at the well and it leads to her village leaving their homes and coming out to meet Jesus. It is time to leave homes and to come out to meet Jesus at work in public places.
In the second passage, we have once again the commissioning of the 72 scenario. Go heal, go perform miraculous, signs and wonders, and do it in the name of Jesus. These are our marching orders for April 30. We don't just wait to see what is going to happen. God will surely do His part in decimating the illegally crowned plant.
Our part is to get out, see the harvest, take the Kingdom's healing of everything with us, and watch satan "fall like lightning." It is time for his crown to be shattered and shredded. Israel celebrates 72, Benjamins (power instead of sorrow) are in position, and a public uncrowning of an illegal virus is the order of the day.
