Because we are praying and praising the Lord right now...together.
No, the Lord did NOT send the virus but in this, we are seeing so much good God is doing in our midst.
Darkness is being exposed, the Body is spending much needed time with the Lord and with their families, we are praying and decreeing together as never before...and so much more.
All of this is leading to a great turnaround across the earth.

The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines the word "Mayday" as a communications signal "used as a distress call."
In mid-April, I began to seek the Lord in prayer and intercession for the month of May. I immediately heard in my spirit the word "Mayday." As I pressed in further regarding this, I heard the Lord speak the following:
"My people's cries have come before My throne! I have heard their calls for help, even as they have asked Me to heal their land. I will now arise on their behalf with healing in My wings (Malachi 4:2), even as a man of war (Exodus 15:3). As it is written in My Word, 'If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land' (2 Chronicles 7:14).
"The enemy has sought to release a great blow of destruction through the outbreak of COVID-19. He has sought to immobilize and isolate My Church, silencing her voice. Even so, his plans will be overturned," says the Lord! "My Church will not be silenced; she will rise up stronger than ever before! The Body of Christ will become a force to be reckoned with, and the gates of Hell will not prevail against her. Just as I spoke to Peter:
"'And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock, I will build My Church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven; whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven' (Matthew 16:18-19). (Photo via Pexels)
"Watch, as even in May, I will begin to turn the tide. I will release My healing power on this plague that has been unleashed on the earth. My Bride will arise victoriously, even out of the very ashes of heartache and despair. I am turning the tide!
"I am working all things together for My good (Romans 8:28). I will cause the economy to thrive, even in what appears to be the most unlikely time. I will cause My streams of abundance to flow through the dry and barren places. Truly, there is no lack in My Kingdom!
"'I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs' (Isaiah 41:18).
"Remember the story of Esther? Even as Haman's evil plans backfired against him, being hung on the very gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai, so it will be with the enemy. The very evil that he's plotted against My people will be turned around and used for their good, backfiring against the enemy.
The Time of Turnaround
"Through this, a holy hunger has been stirred in the hearts and lives of My people; a deeper place of prayer and intercession has been birthed in them. Watch now, as revival fire sweeps through the nations! Church will no longer be contained inside of four walls of a building. I will send revival to the streets and even to the market place. "Broken relationships and family units will be restored, as I will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents (Malachi 4:6). Prodigals will return home. The great shaking and turmoil that has taken place over the last several months have caused My people to be aware of their great need for Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other (Isaiah 45:5)!
"I will show Myself strong on My people's behalf; I will cause them to come out of this time victoriously! I am restoring hope to My people once again. I am restoring joy, bringing beauty out of the ashes. I will call My people by a new name!
"'No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married' (Isaiah 62:4).
"Truly My purposes will be accomplished, and My glory will cover the earth, even as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14). May will be a month of turnaround, as I am releasing My healing and cleansing upon your land. The winter is over, and spring has come (Song of Songs 2:11). The sounds of singing and rejoicing will be heard once again! Be encouraged: out of the darkness, My light and glory are shining!"
"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you." (Isaiah 60:1)
