"A Strategic Time of Building and Increase"

As I sat with the Lord recently I heard Him say, "This is a time where it is important to trust in My timing. Many are in a time of waiting, but I am at work in the waiting for the waiting is a strategic and active time."

Many are waiting on the Lord to release them into the next step in their destinies, or the next assignment the Lord is asking them to carry. Others are waiting for the release of promises the Lord has given them or breakthrough in areas they are contending for.

The Lord is encouraging you to have eyes to see that the time of waiting is a strategic time. It is not a time of inactivity, but of intentional seeking and pressing into God and moving on the leading of the Spirit. It is a time of building, revelation, alignment and strategy. If we will embrace this time we will receive all that the Lord wants to bring in our season of waiting. We will walk in the fullness He intended when the promises and assignments unfold in His perfect timing.

I believe the next couple of months are a strategic time where the Lord is releasing much revelation and He is building and preparing us for the increase and release that will come in the second half of the year, which will continue to further build and increase in 2020.

Timing for Assignments

I then heard the Lord say, "Many have received details of the assignments I am calling them to steward in the coming months and season, but the greatest fruit will come as they trust in My timing. It is important not to step out of My timing or step before My timing. I am building on the foundation and revelation I have given. If My people step out too early they will not walk in the fullness I intended, for they will step out with only part of the revelation and strategy for the assignment.

"Step only on My leading and walk in My ways. This is a time of building and each piece that is being added to the foundation is important. I am strengthening My people for what is ahead. I am building their faith. I am building their vision for all I am calling them to steward. I am building the network of those who will journey with them. A time of building comes before a time of release."

Timing for the Manifestation of Promises

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (ESV), "For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under Heaven."

The Lord said, "Now is also the time to trust in My timing for the release of the promises I have given, knowing My timing is perfect. I am working in the time of waiting. No season is without purpose. Many are faithfully standing for the promises I have given. I am calling them to trust in My timing. I will surely bring to pass what I have spoken as they partner with Me in faith and obedience. They will see the promise unfold in My perfect timing and they will see how I was at work in every season, working all things together for their good."

Hebrews 10:23 (ESV), "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful."

Romans 8:28 (TPT), "So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God's perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are His lovers who have been called to fulfill His designed purpose."

Timing for breakthrough

"Many of My people are waiting to see breakthrough in the area in which they are contending and standing. Some are standing for restoration, some for an open door and others for My justice to be seen. Now is the time to trust in My timing for My people will see breakthrough, restoration, recompense, and open doors in My perfect time.

"I am calling My people to trust in Me, knowing My ways are perfect. They will see Me move on their behalf and they will know the battle is Mine. They will see Me roar over their situations and take back all that the enemy has stolen. They will see a divine turnaround in ways that they never expected. In all things they will see My hand at work."

Isaiah 35:4 (TPT), "Be strong and never afraid. Look, here comes your God! He is breaking through to give you victory! He comes to avenge your enemies. With divine retribution He comes to save you!"

Isaiah 64:4 (ESV), "From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has seen a God besides You, who acts for those who wait for Him."

Steadfast in the Waiting

Isaiah 26:3-4 (ESV), "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock."

The Lord says, "There is a need for steadfastness in the time of waiting. I am looking for those who say 'It is well with my soul' even in the time of waiting, for they know I am faithful and good and My ways are higher. I am looking for those who will continue to stand on the wall of intercession and will not leave their post, for there is great need to continue to stand and partner with Me to see the fullness of all I have planned unfold. I am in the time of waiting for I am working in every season. I am calling My people to let their faith arise in the waiting."

Isaiah 55:8-9 (ESV), "'For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,' declares the LORD. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts higher than your thoughts.'"

Hebrews 6:11-12 (ESV), "And we desire each one of you to show the same earnestness to have the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises."

Positioning and Preparation in the Waiting

"Wait on Me in the time of waiting," says the Lord, "for I will reveal much revelation in this time to prepare you for what is to come. It is not a time of inactivity, but of intentionality in preparation and positioning. I am calling My people to be intentional about seeking My strategy and positioning, and to prepare in accordance with the strategies released by My Spirit. If they will do this there will be no delay in the release. The greater release is coming, but now is the time of positioning, strategy and building for then the release and increase will come with great effectiveness, momentum and fruit."

Psalm 63:1 (ESV), "O God, You are my God; earnestly I seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh faints for You, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water."

Galatians 6:9 (TPT), "And don't allow yourselves to be weary or disheartened in planting good seeds, for the season of reaping the wonderful harvest you've planted is coming!"

Expectancy in the Waiting

The Lord says, "As you rise up in faith, and fix your eyes on Me and all I have spoken regarding the path ahead, you will be filled with expectation, as you know I am faithful to bring it to pass in My perfect timing. Look with faith-filled eyes. Wait with eager expectancy, for it is not a question of 'if' but 'when' you will see it come to pass as you partner with Me."

Romans 15:13 (ESV), "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope."

Lamentations 3:25 (ESV), "The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him."

Trust in God, knowing His timing is perfect, as you wait on Him for the fulfillment of all He has planned. The time of waiting is a strategic time and God is at work. Embrace this time. Receive the revelation He wants to release. Position and prepare yourself, building on what He has already established, so that you may walk in the fullness of all He has planned, when the time of release and harvest comes.
