A Prophet's Reward and
How to Receive it...

If you're like me you have probably wondered what a prophet's reward is and how to receive it.
Here is where JESUS spoke about a prophet's reward:
Matthew 10:41 —
"Whoever welcomes a prophet as a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and whoever welcomes a righteous person as a righteous person will receive a righteous person's reward."
So, what is a prophet's reward? Frankly Jesus never defined it! But one can imagine that it has to include things prophets have received from God...
1) REVELATION from Heaven to the Prophet or for others he prophesies to.
2) Your son or daughter RAISED from the dead...in your case, even prodigal children coming home or children being healed. (Elijah and Elisha)
3) Prosperity - Elisha helped create a miracle of vessels of oil that the widow could sell to support herself... just because she received him as a prophet.
Whatever the PROPHET'S REWARD IS...since Jesus mentioned it, it must be good right?
Why am I telling you this?
