Dear Friend of Zion,
What is life without the nurture of a mother’s heart? And what does a woman care for more than her own children? Yet, the reality faced by many mothers in Israel is grim. They lack the necessities required to take care of those most precious to them.
But you can help transform young lives.
Can you imagine the heartbreak it would bring not to be able to feed, care and provide for your own children?
Yet in Israel, some 764,200 children live below the poverty line. That’s nearly one in three children who may go to bed hungry on a regular basis, or lack the medical care they need to stay healthy and thrive.
Bnai Zion Medical Center in Haifa, Israel is making a difference to this trend, and
you can as well.
Our pediatric and neonatal care units are bringing life-saving help to thousands of families who would otherwise go without.
We wish you a blessed and happy Mother’s Day, and ask that you remember those families in Israel who are struggling.
Your gift, of any amount, to babies and children in Israel will give the gift every mother wants to give to the world: life.
Can a woman forget her nursing child and have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you. Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands... Isaiah 49:15-16

Shalom and warmest blessings to you and your family from Israel.
