"What Is God's Heart Over Hawaii?"

Hawaii has been on my heart and mind for some time now and more importantly, I believe Hawaii is on the mind and the heart of God. When I pray for Hawaii, what I perceive is very different from the picture postcard images of beautiful flower leis and white sandy beaches.  What I discern is a people in great pain and that the tourist picture perfect image belies the reality of difficult circumstances for many. 

The Heart of God Over Hawaii

I feel the heart of God reaching out to His people, to the broken, the disenfranchised, the depressed, the abused, the drunk, the drug dealer, the victims of domestic violence and those who are caught in gang culture and the poverty, need, pain and fear that such a climate creates.  When I pray for Hawaii, I have a profound sense of a violent undertow that God in His great wisdom and strength is now turning towards to bring hope and healing and deliverance. 
 
All things that are hidden in the darkness must be brought into the light, in order that they can become light (Luke 8:17), meaning that God will shine the light of His love, His righteousness, His peace and His miracle healing power into those situations. When I pray for Hawaii, I see youth who have lost their way and parents who are at their wits end. 

I see a drug problem that is eating away at society along with other excesses including eating disorders and self-harming. The devil is desperate to destroy the emerging youth of any nation, but somehow he seems intent in bringing destruction upon the youth of Hawaii.  Nonetheless I stand as an apostle, a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and I take authority over those plans to destroy the youth of Hawaii and I crush them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and I call forth the redemptive purpose of the youth of Hawaii in Jesus' all powerful name. 

I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying that: He is exposing addictions, corruptions and all manner of compromise.  The enemy has released a surge of violent activities upon the islands of Hawaii, but the God of all grace is rising up with a standard of righteousness to annul every plan of the devil and to re-establish Hawaii in the sovereign purposes and plans of God. 

I prophesy a wave of healings and miracles of every kind is being released from Heaven to earth and I stand in agreement and command this healing outpouring to manifest for the glory of God and the furtherance of His Kingdom in Hawaii in the powerful name of Jesus. I thank God for His Church and for every expression of His Kingdom in Hawaii. 

Dispensation of the Fullness of Times
 
As I write this short article, I have a profound sense of the "sovereign timing" of the Lord, as it pertains to His presence and His power moving in Hawaii. Not only a concise sense of His timing, but also a clear perception of the fullness of times that ushers the Church into tremendous authority, wisdom, understanding, grace and mighty power. 

Apostle Paul speaks of a dispensation of the fullness of times in his letter to the church in Ephesus, "That in the dispensation of the fullness of times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in Heaven, and which are on earth. EVEN IN HIM." Ephesians 1:10
 
The dispensation of the fullness of times is expressed in Christ, in the totality of His person, and His finished work at the Cross. The totality of God's intention and His purposes and His blessings from time without end are expressed in Christ. The fullness of times in Christ mantles the Church in His governmental grace, authority and power, to affect both the seen and the unseen realms for the glory of God. 

It is my firm conviction that the global Church must understand that we are operating in the dispensation of the fullness of times and from this understanding the Church will be enabled to rise positionally as legitimate sons and daughters into a new level of Kingdom fruitfulness to bring transformation to individuals, communities, cities and nations.
 
It was the Apostle Paul's prayer that the comprehension of such a revelation would lead us into a deeper place of the knowledge of God in Christ, "That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him." Ephesians 1:17

As we know Christ more we will make Christ known. May the God of all grace arise on behalf of the people of Hawaii at this time and bring healing, hope, reconciliation and restoration to all.
