Prophetic Night Vision for the New Breed and Global Awakening
Upon my return to Australia after ministering with Jeff Jansen, Todd Weatherly and the Global Fire Australia team in Indonesia, I had a night vision that I believe reveals what God is doing in this next season.
In the vision, I saw a traditional church building in a dry, arid land. There was a young woman who had been separated from the congregation and was locked outside the building while a group gathered inside. Jeff Jansen was busy at work inside the building surrounded by a team of international ministers when he noticed the woman outside, and immediately called for her to be brought in.
The large, heavy doors were unlocked and the woman was quickly brought to the very front of the church and seated at the right hand side of the pulpit. She was placed on the same bench as Adam F. Thompson and David Hogan. David protectively put his arm around her and when the two came together, resurrection power tangibly flooded the atmosphere. I was in awe of both the power of the Spirit and how the woman had gone from being an outsider to someone so close to the leaders.
Next, the woman was invited to speak from the pulpit and was accompanied by David Hogan. Under his guidance, she ministered to the people and as she spoke, a powerful move of the Holy Spirit swept through the congregation. An incredible outpouring of the Holy Spirit manifested and the atmosphere was electric. It was an exciting experience to watch.
As I woke from this night vision, I heard the audible voice of God say, "This awakening causes a core to form." I immediately understood that God is calling forth a group of people that will ignite the coming awakening. Global awakening is on its way!
Prodigals and the Global Awakening
God is calling back the prodigals and others who have felt "locked out" of the Body of Christ in this new season. This includes people that are highly prophetic that have been misunderstood by the local church. Because they have been delivered from so much in the past, they are qualified to deliver many in the now.
These prodigals are a glory generation that will move with such acceleration as God restores to them the years the locusts have stolen. Many look, act and dress differently as a counter-culture people, but are a highly prophetic people who carry with them the Spirit of resurrection revival. As this generation is called forth, it will begin the awakening of harvest that ushers in the second coming of Jesus Christ.
The woman on the outside of the church represents the prodigals and others who have felt "locked out" because of religious culture. God is raising up fresh, new leaders that represent Jesus to this generation who will call these prodigals back into position. They will rise as new breed, miracle workers with amazing signs and wonders that will capture the attention of the masses.
The woman being ushered passed the congregation and seated at the right hand of the pulpit represents the acceleration and maturity in the spirit that these prodigals will experience. International leaders like Jeff, Adam and David represent the new prophetic and apostolic voices that will embrace and help to form this coming glory generation. The audible voice of God confirms the Lord's strategy in the next season as He says, "This awakening causes a core to form."
God is Not Slow in Fulfilling His Promises
Many Believers have been praying for sons, daughters, family members and friends that have walked away from the call of God on their life. They have received promise from God in the past that these prodigals will return to the Lord but have grown weary as they have not seen these promises yet come to pass.
"The Lord isn't really being slow about His promise, as some people think. No, He is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent." 2 Peter 3:9, NLT
God's timing is perfect and He is strategically gathering His army for the massive awakening that is about to come. God is not slow but faithful. This coming glory generation will be free from the tainting of the law and truly have a revelation of the freeing love and power that comes directly from the grace of God.
New Creation Reality
The glory generation that God is calling forth will have a deep revelation of their new creation reality in Christ. God will use them to break all conservative religious molds and take the Kingdom violently by force. This has a ripple effect, encouraging other Believers to go deeper into the fullness of Christ and pursue God-given destiny as partakers of the divine nature.
"So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know Him now! This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!" 2 Corinthians 5:16-17, NLT
Spiritual maturity is accelerated through cultivating an atmosphere of God's presence and this is the place where new creation identity is revealed and imparted. The keys to acceleration are radical faith, highest praise, deep worship, unceasing prayer, humility, devotion and uncompromised holiness. When Jesus calls this generation back into the Church, they are going to move forward and mature with extreme acceleration activated by these keys.
When the Prodigals Come Home
When Jesus calls the prodigals back into the Body of Christ, He will robe them with dignity and there will be much celebration. As sons and heirs, He will give them authority and dominion.
"But his father said to the servants, 'Quick. Bring the finest robe in the house and put it on him. Get a ring for his finger and sandals for his feet. And kill the calf we have been fattening. We must celebrate with a feast, for this son of mine was dead and has now returned to life. He was lost, but now he is found.' So the party began." Luke 15:22-24, NLT
For Believers that have been faithful for a long period of time, the speed at which these newcomers move could be uncomfortable. They will have equal rights to their inheritance and move in amazing revelation of the Father's love for them. We must remember that it is God's strategy to bring this glory generation back into the Body of Christ for a time such as this. They will be key players in igniting the global awakening that is to come!
The Awakening That Ushers in the Second Coming of Christ
Jesus is calling His Body into further growth and maturity. He is waiting for His Bride to understand their true identity as sons and heirs, being unified in purpose and judgement.
It is time for the Prodigals to come home! It is time for the new breed to come forth! Make room for the new breed of miracle workers that usher in a fresh move of God in the nations of the earth.
