Theresa Phillips: "What Does God Care About?"

My friend Theresa Phillips continually has deep encounters with the Lord...she walks daily with Him! I so value her wisdom and insight for the Body of Christ.

In her recent word just the title will get you thinking, "What Does God Care About?"

Theresa shares this from her encounter:

I saw Jesus' feet walking the earth. I saw the earth responding with 'great jubilee' and desire to bear the footsteps of the Lord. The earth was groaning. It was alive, moving swiftly as if to run after the Lord.

Be encouraged by the prophetic revelation Theresa shares from the heart of the Father and the prayer of surrender she offers to us to pray into for ourselves.

An Encounter: The Earth is Groaning...

I was leading worship when I was caught up in the Spirit. I began to see so many wonderful things, I began to cry in my heart, "Show me Your glory, Lord!" I saw something I feel is necessary to share.

I saw the earth begin to move. The ground was moving as if something was tunneling beneath us. The sod was mounding up in a straight line. Then I looked closer into the vision.

I saw Jesus' feet walking the earth. I saw the earth responding with great jubilee and desire to bear the footsteps of the Lord. The earth was groaning. It was alive, moving swiftly as if to run after the Lord. I could actually see this Scripture alive before me: (Photo via Pixabay)

"For the whole creation hopes for and expects the revelation of the sons of God" (Romans 8:19, Aramaic Bible in Plain English).

Then I was taken a bit higher. I found myself standing in the doorway of the realm of eternity. The Master was the door and we had permission to access this realm. Our assembly began to praise the Lord. While I was caught up I could also hear those in worship in the below. Moaning for the realm of glory, they were hungry for a move of the Spirit. They wanted a manifestation of anything Jesus would give.

My heart reeled inside of me. I was passionately in pursuit of His presence. I would not leave! I had to get it... Then silence engulfed me. I was free to allow my senses to take in the Presence that He made available to us. I knew all in the assembly had surged to surrender. It was a marvelous sensation in the realm of the Spirit. I could sense He was going to speak...

He did. As if lightning and thunder had submerged the entire room with this awesome Presence. We became still, and He spoke about what concerns us as individuals and corporately and nationally. The sound of His interest had us all enraptured with a gratitude of thanksgiving. Oh, how He loved us enough to show us He was concerned over us.

Then He spoke again. We were all eager to hear... I heard a sound; it was a lady next to me. She had carried the sound of the earth...she was groaning for the Presence. Her spirit was in pursuit of HIM. It was amazing!

He Knows Us and He Knows Our Nation: What Burdens Does He Want to Touch?

Job 41:11 Who hath prevented Me, that I should repay him? whatsoever is under the whole Heaven is Mine.

"I am about to show you something else," He said.

Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in Heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this."

"Listen to Me! I am combating the enemies with strategies like never before! I'm changing the guard of many in the judicial system. I am raising up a new breed of militant 'sounds of justice'. They will take to the streets and they will have an angelic guard surround them. Many will run."

2 Kings 6:16 "Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them."

"Get ready to see this," says the Lord.

He spoke again about the "Glory Filling" the house and how His presence will move in greater measures over and over again.

"Just be ready," said the Lord. "Just be ready."

I felt the Presence begin to shift again. I knew He was really loving us to let us know He knew us. He knew what burdens our hearts carried, and He met us where we were at, and He invited us to go UP to listen to Him.

Then He began to share with us about the things we see, the foul things that are being exposed...and He told us, "Take it not personally. Realize it's being exposed in your presence for you to subdue it."

God's Promises for Today

Scriptures to strengthen us in the days ahead:

• Yes, He said greater works would we do (see John 14:12).
• He said all that what the Father gave Him, He gave us (see Acts 11:17).
• He said fear not (see Isaiah 41:10).
• He said go and do (see John 5:19).
• Be strong and of good courage (see Joshua 1:9).
• No one can take you away... (see John 10:28).

It's time to pray; it's time to seek God's wisdom and His will.

Dear Lord Jesus, I surrender myself to You. I thank You always that You are ever present among us. I thank You that You KNOW us and care for us. I thank You for the favor of Your concern over our concerns.

O Lord Jesus, make us sensitive to Your ways and to Your will. Make us like You, Jesus.

Thank You for knowing our hearts and lives today. Through Jesus our Lord, Amen and Amen.
