I was in Lancaster California on October 6, 2001. Early in the morning an angel visited me and was standing at the foot of my bed as the sun was rising. The fear of God hit me and I was terrified. I knew I was in the presence of one of the angels with a great position in Eternity, one of the great ones of heaven.

"Welcome the Minister of Finance of the Kingdom"

A voice spoke audibly in the room and said, "Welcome the Minister of Finance of the Kingdom." I had an understanding that this was the angel that had command over all the finances and resources to bring forth for Jesus to inherit his reward in our age.
He came over to me and stood on the side of my bed and placed keys upon my chest. The keys were to unlock opportunities in the natural to finance projects to bring Kingdom dominion on the Earth. It was personal but I was also a "type."
I could see as he was going around the world placing keys in different people for the doors that are promised. I saw three people in the vision that he placed keys upon and two are beginning to walk this year in the specific revelation I had for them in that time.

TWO WORSHIPPING ANGELS

Then heaven opened above us and the Minister of Finance ascended to two worshipping angels that were holding a treasure chest type of box that I will call an ark because it was holy. The Minister of Finance stood over these ones, and I could see many other angels come on the scene who were carrying bags.
The bags were sealed, but I knew in the Spirit that they were filled with gold and that these angels were angels of resource. The Minister of Finance directed the resource angels to unseal these bags of gold, which represented end time resources for Jesus to claim his inheritance.
As they began to pour the bags of gold into the ark, they covered it from my view. It was as if the gold was too holy for me to see, it was only meant for Jesus and Him alone which I knew spoke of the holiness of heart that people would have to have to be recipients of the kingdom finances.

TO THE KING OF GLORY, "YOU ARE WORTHY TO RECEIVE THIS OFFERING!"

They filled the huge ark and the Minister of Finance shouted loudly 3 times speaking to the King of all Glory, "You are worthy to receive this offering! You are worthy to receive this offering! YOU ARE WORTHY TO RECEIVE THIS OFFERING!"
I was overwhelmed by an identification with Jesus' heart who has been waiting for this appointed time for the finances to establish his beauty and testimony on the Earth--- not just in the face of the church but through the church into the Entertainment industry, through the political world, through the arts, through the music industry, through the business world, and more.
At this point the ark was poured upon the Earth on individuals who were going to act as financial catalysts to bring forth projects in different industries that would bring Jesus his reward.

I had another vision of minister of Finance this July (2002). He came into the room I was staying in on vacation in a vision.
Before I could really respond or react he spoke.
He came in trumpeting a message to me "The Lord, the Lord has commissioned us on the Earth for a work during the next year to sow sovereign monies for the projects to come that will bring forth his beauty upon the Earth. You are to proclaim the word of the Lord"

ABOUT TO RELEASE FINANCES FOR PROJECTS
=======================================
I could see that this angel was given authority and he is about to release the finances for projects that God has injected into the hearts of men. Some of it will come through the harvesting of the network of relationships people have been investing into.
But he is planting the gold in the Spirit; it is hovering over some people already and is about to land in the natural. It will hit a token few then landslide starting next year,---- People called to start businesses, internet and multimedia companies, entertainment projects, political campaigns, in the church, and the gold is hovering over.

A 9-MONTH PERIOD

I saw a 9-month period where the Lord was strategically identifying the gold that is already in place in the Spirit and he is about to bring the current of financing to the kingdom in the natural.
The very next day after this angel vision the people who I was on vacation with gave me a brand new vehicle which was a picture of how the Lord will not hold back for the purpose of Jesus inheriting his reward through us.

TO RECLAIM JESUS REWARDS . . . I SAW BILLIONS OF DOLLARS
COMING INTO THE KINGDOM IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS

The Angel who is the Minister of Finance of the Kingdom is being released along with resource angels to invest Jesus' kingdom money to bring forth His inheritance on the Earth. To reclaim Jesus rewards. I saw billions of dollars coming into the Kingdom in the next 5 years in a very public way.
I saw specific vessels getting billions.
The Holy Spirit is going to take dominion over finances so that Jesus can inherit his reward. There is going to be a commissioning next year of the five-fold ministry to the world, not just in the church. Prophets in the Entertainment Industry, Apostles in the government, Evangelists in the business realm----- God is breathing on the five-fold to display his manifold wisdom.
