This new experimental program is only for small ministries, missions, and churches. What is small? Under $10,000 per year. The IRS wants to know how much you expect to bring in during the first three years of operation. If under $10,000 per year, the IRS charges only $400 rather than the usual fee of $850. If under $10,000 per year, you will probably qualify for our $995 Self Service Program. Just give us a call.

What if you have big hopes and dreams far beyond $10,000 in the first three years? Unless you are absolutely certain (only God knows the future) that you will bring in more than $10,000, you will probably qualify. If you can envision structuring your activities so that you won't require more than $10,000 to operate, our program can work for you. And what if you actually do bring in more than $10,000? When you have big hopes and dreams, you never know what God will do. Will there be a penalty if you exceed the $10,000? No.

With today's government trying to stop free speech for churches, won't having a 501c3 limit your ability to speak what the Lord instructs? The government will have more control of what you can do? Sent from my iPhone, Vicki Harp

David's answer: I get this question from time to time. The law is the same whether your church has 501c3 status or not. If you take tax-deductible donations, you can't use those funds to support a candidate or legislation. Politics is not tax-deductible—whether or not you have 501c3 status. Other than that, you and your pastor and everybody in your church are free to say anything they want inside or outside the church. With or without the 501c3 status. That status doesn't change anything. For donors, of course, 501c3 status assures them there will be no question that their contributions are tax-deductible. But for the church, there is no change. The law is the same for all churches, 501c3 status or not. Except for supporting candidates or legislation (political), the government does not control what a church does or what it says. Let me repeat, the law is the same for all churches, 501c3 status or not.

An easy way to earn $300!

Now, use your e-mail list too! Your website and your e-mail list are great ways to reach the world with your Kingdom message. But they can also be sources of income for you. They are great ways for you to earn $300 again and again with very little effort.

You spread the word about our Christian 501c3 service by placing one of our images on your website or in your e-mail going to your e-mail list. Then Believers click on the image, sign up, and use our 30+ years of experience to get their nonprofit status as fast and as easily as possible. (Some are even putting our image on their Facebook page.) When someone signs up and pays for our service, we pay YOU $300.

And this is really neat: Did you know that our tracking system lets you see exactly who (IP address) and when (date, hour, minute, second) each visitor clicks on the image on your site or in your e-mail, and whether they fill out our Signup page or not, and whether they pay or not. Everything is totally transparent. You know exactly what's going on!
