Bob and Bonnie Jones: "Let Down Your Ladder" and "The Three Great Harvests"

 "Let Down Your Ladder"
Recently I heard the Lord say, "Let down your ladder so I may climb up! The hearts of people have been closed for years, but I'm about to open wide the door of salvation unto the nations, and all who have an ear to hear may enter in. There's opportunity for all who desire to know Me to come unto Me this day. The fields are ripe for harvest; let no man walk away from his eternal inheritance. Speak softly, speak firmly, and speak My love and truth. All who have an ear to hear shall be saved." And He said to them, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" Mark 4:9 It's Time to Sow and Time to Harvest Clearly, I believe it is harvest time and we are the harvesters. The Body of Christ is the sower of the seeds. In Mark 4, Jesus gives us the parable of the sower that sows the Word. Some seeds fall on deaf ears, and immediately the enemy comes to steal it (see verses 4 and 15). Some seeds fall on hardened hearts that were never rooted in love (see verses 5-6 and 17). Other seeds fall on the double-minded man, therefore yielding no fruit (see verses 7 and 19). But the seeds that fell upon those who were consecrated to the Holy Spirit of Truth reap a great harvest (see verses 8 and 20). Each Believer is given a full measure of seed, but it is up to them to develop and mature in the Holy Spirit.
The Son of Man is Our Ladder Jesus answered and said to him, "Because I said to you, 'I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these." And He said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man." John 1:50-52 We must let down our ladder, bare our soul, and be transparent. The world has long looked at Christians as being stuck-up and stuffed shirts. When in reality Christians are fun-loving people who operate in the divine nature of Christ and walk in the fruit of the Holy Spirit. First and foremost, they must walk in love because they are the children of God and He is Love. Therefore Christians must allow themselves to be transparent – and just real. And by walking in the love of the Father, lost souls will be saved. They will desire to walk in His light instead of wandering aimlessly in darkness. It's time for the Christ in us, "the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27), to shine forth from us. We cannot be timid or ashamed. We have the Creator of the universe inside us and it's time we let the world know. It's time to walk in power and demonstration of the Kingdom like the first century Church. Peter and John were neither bashful nor ashamed. The Christ in them ascended and descended, and many were added to the Church. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the Church daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:46-47
We bring "as it is in Heaven" to earth when we begin to walk in the eternal realm with the Father. The Christ in us ascends into the eternal realm with the Father and receives revelation to unlock the heart of the unbeliever. As we speak softly yet firmly through the love of God, lives are transformed. The unbeliever receives eternal life and the promise of his/her eternal inheritance. Through Each of Us All of the Earth Shall Be Blessed Jacob had a dream, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to Heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. And the Lord stood above it and issued this blessing: "I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 28:13-14). The patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob did not live to see the fulfillment of this prophecy. Yet over the centuries souls have been added to their spiritual lineage. Now at the culmination of the ages, the harvest is ready and the harvesters must be plentiful. The earth produces [acting] by itself – first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. But when the grain is ripe and permits, immediately he sends forth [the reapers] and puts in the sickle, because the harvest stands ready. Mark 4:28-29 Amplified First the blade: Abraham, being the blade and the father of our faith was the first grain planted. God made a covenant with him and his descendants. Isaac's circumcision was a sign of the covenant with God that followed through the seed of Abraham. Then the ear: Isaac represents the spiritual ear for those who have an ear to hear what the Spirit of God is saying, and they shall inherit the earth. Although Isaac had two sons, Jacob and Esau, only one would receive the covenant blessing. Esau being the first-born should have received the blessing, but he sinned when he sold his birthright for a bowl of beans. The birthright held high spiritual value, but Esau esteemed it lightly, thus giving up his right as patriarch. We are descendants of the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And Jacob became the father of the twelve tribes of Israel that represent the nations of the world. Jacob held on to God's promise that "in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 28:14). The door of salvation is now open wide, and the Lord is saying, "Let down your ladder so I may climb up!" The waiting is over and the harvest is at hand. In this section, Bob speaks of three great harvests and how he would live to see the beginning of the third one before he goes home – and he did just that before he passed away on February 14, 2014. The First Harvest
God is a God of time, too. He lives in a place where there is no time, but He is a God of time. Even in His Word He moves every 50 years, and it is time we get free. It is time that we get free from our bondage of sin. It is time that we get a jubilee – set free from all past debts. One thing the enemy has been accusing me of here lately is of sins that I did before I got saved. I'm not going to put up with that! I've had enough sins since I got saved to repent of. But I am not going to go back on either of what I have already repented of. There has been a battle in our minds. Don't become discouraged of it, because it gets the old root system out. And I believe that we are about ready to come into a new movement. I know that for many years I have said that 101 and 102 would be the greatest. (Bob is speaking of Psalm 101 and 102 as represent prophetically the years 2001 and 2002.) These angels that I have seen, and some of the prophecies that I have brought, they really established the words that I have spoken by heavenly signs, and literally by earthquakes. I brought a prophecy, "Mark September 3rd," I said, "there is going to be an earthquake in California. Watch it; it will tell you something." Do you know what happened on September 3rd in California? An earthquake in the wine belt. There is going to be a shaking in the Holy Spirit. This Haggai 2:5-6, if you will read that, you will find out that shaking is going to happen. The Holy Spirit is going to shake and pour out the wine. Fifty-two, the quake was a 5.2. Mark 52 weeks from September 3rd. In Nehemiah 6, it says that on the 25th of Elul the walls were finished around Jerusalem after 52 days. The Church is coming together in unity and in prayer. It will begin to lay a wall, a hedge around the Church, and instead of killing one another they will become dependent upon one another. Also, the ones who laid that hedge up were many fathers. So, there is going to have to be a lot of Moms and Pops bringing their children to lay that hedge up. For He is going to call different churches to come and work on the wall in different places. So when they get it together, there will be a place where the Church is safe. Any of these churches out there, you need to join with Jesus and the other churches in the movement that He is going to do. So that you will have enough of you to build a hedge around Jerusalem, where you can fill it with youth. You are not necessarily going to fill it in buildings as much as you will be going into the streets. So, your first harvest is ready to begin. The Second Harvest
The Third Harvest Then will come the third great harvest that I was told about. I was sent back from death for this third harvest. It was August the 8th, 1975, that I went to be with the Lord and He sent me back. The third harvest will be a billion souls, and that's what I came back for. I will see the beginning of the third harvest before I go home. I spoke to the denominations about this third harvest. Each one of these great harvests was like catching a fish. In the first harvest I gave the fish to the mom-and-pop churches, the second harvest I gave it to the denominations, and the third harvest was a fish greater than anything I had ever imagined before.

Can we let down our ladder and allow the Christ in us to shine forth? Can we make our self vulnerable to the unsaved and unlovely? Of course we can! When the Christ in us is seen through the eyes of an unbeliever and we allow Him to manifest through us, then He has ascended and descended our ladder. (Photo via Pixabay)
Jacob represents the full grain in the ear. Jacob had an ear to hear and an eye to see. In his dream with the angels and ladder reaching from earth to Heaven, he was greatly impressed by the words of the Lord. The following is a portion of a transcribed message spoken by Bob Jones from the "Eye of the Eagle" prophetic conference in Grants Pass, Oregon, in December 2000. 
There are three great harvests that I will see in my time. The first one is at hand right now. The first great harvest will be with little mom-and-pop churches. You little churches out there will have such a great harvest that you will be filled to the brims. A lot of your ministry will be done on the streets. And youth will be coming in. This is ready to begin now, and I really expect a real move of the Holy Spirit this New Year's Eve. (Photo via Pixabay)
After that, there will come a second harvest. And the second harvest will come because the denominations will see what happened in the mom-and-pop churches, and they will get jealous. They will see that they are losing them, and the mom-and-pop churches are filling. So, then they will be willing to change and let the Holy Spirit come in. Then they will begin to fill to the brim. The first harvest will be as big as anything that has ever happened before in the way of an awakening of the souls. The second harvest will be ten times that. The third harvest will be over a billion souls; and I spoke to the denominations and asked them if they wanted this fish, and they said they would take only the prime cuts – "We'll take the doctors, the lawyers, and the millionaires." But I said to them that they had to take the whole thing, but they did not want the whole thing. And I asked, "Lord, what are we going to do with that?" And then youth came from the first harvest and said, "Bob, we'll clean it." That which is getting ready to be saved now will be the leaders of the great harvest, and after that, I get to go home while you all are out here laboring. But its not going to be boring from now on.
