This is a CD that I co-produced and co-wrote with Milton Carroll, a long time friend. He often spoke of doing this as a musical play and one day the Lord convicted me to be a part of this project. Milton had already written many songs and I joined him with some new songs and instrumental interludes.

When we began to record the music, the warfare began. Anything that has to do with Jesus being witnessed will come under warfare.

It took us three years to get this finished with people like Ricky Skaggs, Roy Clark, Nancy Stafford, Barbara Fairchild, Ed McGlassen, and others giving freely of their talents on this project. None of it came without a price.

Milton went on the road to perform this music and make a call for salvation. He would often call and tell me of the salvations that happened night after night. He saw many come to know the Lord through this great story of sacrifice.

Now, years later the Lord is convicting us again to re-release this musical play. The strength of the anointing remains on it and we believe that salvation is still at the heart of this music.
