Heather Clark is one of those individuals who ministers under an Extremely Deep prophetic anointing!

I remember when the Elijah List sponsored 2 events simultaneously, in November of 2003 (both in Portland, OR and Albany, OR - they were hours away from each other). On Saturday night, the 22nd of November, as we were sponsoring Joel's Army (in Albany), Kim Clement began to prophesy over both Oregon and the United States (in Portland).

He said roughly (I don't have the exact quote). . . ."I would love to claim credit for what I'm prophesying but I can't. . . . Something has just happened in Albany, Oregon . . . . something has just been prophesied and decreed in Albany that has opened the Heavens over this entire region!" I looked at my watch and it was exactly 8:45 pm (Pacific Time).

Later I discovered that Heather Clark was prophesying and decreeing the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory over the Albany region at that exact time.

Kim Clement, an hour away, picked it up in the spirit and said, "Something has just happened in Albany, Oregon that has affected and opened up this entire region." (Or words to that effect.)

This is the level of prophetic anointing that Heather ministers under.... and Heather's new release "Collect the Years" is a wonderful reflection of how God works through her... below are some comments from a few of my staff members.
